The deadline for the July 1 Lottery application period is fast approaching. The Non-Commercial STR application will be removed from the One Stop App tonight at 11:59PM. Our office is open today until 5pm to review your documents for accuracy. We are located at 1340 Poydras St on the 8th floor.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Lane Closures on Congress Drive from Stephen Girard Avenue to Chef Menteur Highway

The City of New Orleans today announced that beginning Thursday, June 6, weather permitting, the Department of Public Works (DPW) contractor Wallace C. Drennan, Inc. will begin roadway restoration that will temporarily close the southbound lane of Congress Drive between Stephen Girard Avenue and Chef Menteur Highway. This closure is being held to accommodate construction on the Gentilly Woods Group F construction project. Changes to traffic patterns and lane closures will begin at 7 a.m. on Thursday, June 6 and will remain in effect for approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Public safety is top priority; signage and traffic control measures, such as barrels and fencing, will be onsite to direct drivers and pedestrians.

On May 7, 2018, LaToya Cantrell made history as New Orleans’ first woman mayor in its 300-year history. After that historic victory, Mayor Cantrell was inaugurated to a second term on January 10, 2022. Her passion for the City of Yes and her dedication to its residents remains stronger than ever.

Mayor Cantrell remains focused on the issues of public safety, infrastructure, affordable housing and improving the quality of life for all New Orleans residents.
