TP/napkins and paper towels enough to get you started. You may need more than what is provided.

Oil, salt/ pepper and a variety of my favourite spices for your use.

Propane provided. Aluminum Foil, parchment paper. Dishes, cutlery, steak knives, wine glasses, coffee mugs, espresso cups. Mixing bowls, baking sheet, full selection of pots and pans.

A dedicated work station, high speed internet (WIFI) and a smart Roku TV (guest sign-in) android box with access to live tv, sports, Netflix, prime, movies, Disney tv. And much more

A fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4, coffee/tea station, Keurig, Full pot Drip coffee maker & a pour over coffee pot. Complimentary pods are provided to get you started but please bring your favourites.

Parking for 2 vehicles(1 on the street), a couple of motorcycles or a vehicle with trailer. Marina/Boat ramp is close by.

Parking is behind the house and very secure.

A short drive to the Cedar Creek Conservation Area, ideal for dropping your canoe, kayak and for walks along the nature trails

The GROVEDALE HOUSE meeting hall is ONE STREET OVER- Popular wedding spot! The beach house restaurant is a 3 minute walk around the corner.

Guests have full access to the, back yard with deck, BBQ , fire pit for roasting marshmallows, sipping on a beverage and complete with giant Jenga, corn hole and a few other assorted games .

Kingsville is a historic town with many beautiful homes, try the walking tour, wineries are abundant in the area and the restaurants are spectacular!

Our cottage is a great place to set up for your exploration of the county!

We are along the MIGRATION ROUTE, yard has been known to have many species of birds, including wood ducks!

MONARCH MIGRATION is amazing to witness in the fall.
