Getting Started

Unboxing the Tablet
Open the package and carefully remove the tablet and accessories. Verify that all the components are present.

Charging the Device
Connect the tablet to the provided charger and plug it into a power outlet. Let it charge until the battery is fully charged.
Turning On the Tablet
Press and hold the power button until the MESWAO logo appears on the screen.
Initial Setup Process
Follow the on-screen instructions to select the desired language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and agree to the terms and conditions.
Connecting to Wi-Fi Network
From the Settings menu, select Wi-Fi and choose the desired network. Enter the password if prompted.
Signing In with a Google Account
If you have a Google account, sign in to access additional features and services. If not, you can create a new account.

User Interface

Home Screen
The home screen is the main interface where you can access apps, widgets, and shortcuts. Swipe left or right to navigate between different screens.
App Icons and Navigation
Tap on an app icon to launch the corresponding application. Use the navigation buttons or gestures to switch between apps or return to the home screen.
Notification Panel
Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification panel, where you can view and respond to notifications.
Gestures and Touch Controls
Use gestures such as swiping, tapping, and pinching to perform actions like scrolling, selecting items, and zooming in or out.
Accessing Apps and Widgets
Tap the “Apps” icon to view all installed apps. Widgets can be added to the home screen for quick access to app functions or information.

Basic Operations

Adjusting Volume
Use the volume buttons to increase or decrease the volume level. Adjust the volume for media playback, calls, and notifications.
Screen Brightness
Swipe down from the top of the screen and adjust the brightness slider to make the screen brighter or dimmer.
Screen Orientation
The tablet can automatically rotate the screen based on the device orientation.
Alternatively, you can lock the screen in portrait or landscape mode.
Locking and Unlocking the Screen
Press the power button to lock the screen. To unlock, press the power button again and swipe your finger across the screen.
Power Button Functions
Press and hold the power button to turn the tablet on/off. Press it briefly to lock or wake up the screen from sleep mode.
Performing Touch Gestures
Tap on an item to select it. Long-press to access additional options. Swipe left, right, up, or down to navigate within apps or scroll through lists. Pinch two fingers together or spread them apart to zoom in or out on content.d

Web Browsing
Open the web browser app and enter a URL or search term to browse the internet. Use familiar gestures like swiping or tapping to navigate web pages.
Email
Access the email app to set up and manage your email accounts. Compose, send, receive, and organize emails effortlessly.
Calendar
Use the calendar app to schedule appointments, set reminders, and manage your events.
Sync with your online calendars for seamless organization.
Contacts
The contacts app allows you to store and manage your contacts’ information. Add, edit, and group contacts for easy communication.

Connectivity

Wi-Fi Networks
Connect to available Wi-Fi networks for internet access. Choose an open network or enter the password for secured networks. Troubleshoot common Wi-Fi connection issues, such as weak signal or authentication problems.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Pair the tablet with Bluetooth devices like headphones, speakers, or keyboards for wireless audio and input. Enable and disable Bluetooth as needed.
Other Connectivity Options

  • Please read all safety information before using this device to ensure proper and safe usage.
  • Please use the designated charger provided by the manufacturer for charging. Please do not use chargers with different voltage specifications, as it may cause electrical leakage, fire hazards, or even explosions, risking damage to the device and charger.
  • Please disconnect the charger from this device and unplug it from the power outlet after charging is complete. Please do not exceed a continuous charging time of 12 hours.
  • Please avoid placing the tablet computer near water sources or using it with wet hands to prevent damage to the device and the risk of electric shock.
  • Please use this device within a temperature range of 0°C to 35°C, and store the device and its accessories within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. Extreme temperatures may lead to device malfunctions.
  • Please use the tablet computer in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area. Please avoid using it in dusty, smoky, or excessively humid environments, as it may affect its functionality.
  • Please handle the tablet computer with care to prevent accidental drops or unnecessary impact. Dropping the device may cause damage to the screen, internal components, or exterior shell.
  • Please take care to protect the screen, which is a sensitive component. Avoid exposing it to sharp objects or placing heavy objects on it. Consider using a screen protector or protective case to minimize the risk of scratches or cracks.
  • If the device has a non-removable built-in battery, please do not attempt to replace the battery yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device. Battery replacements should only be performed by authorized service centers.
  • Please use the designated charger provided by the manufacturer for charging. Please do not use chargers with different voltage specifications, as it may cause electrical leakage, fire hazards, or damage to the device and charger.
  • Please disconnect the charger from this device and unplug it from the power outlet after charging is complete. Please do not exceed a continuous charging time of 12 hours.
  • Please unplug the charger during thunderstorms, and it is recommended to disconnect the charger from the power outlet when not in use for an extended period to prevent damage from power surges or lightning strikes.
  • If children are using the tablet computer, please ensure they do so under adult supervision. Encourage responsible usage and limit screen time to promote a healthy balance.
  • Please be mindful of medical conditions and device usage. If you have pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by screen use or exposure to certain types of light (such as epilepsy), please consult with a medical professional.
  • Please do not dispose of old batteries in regular household waste. Improper battery disposal may result in fire hazards and explosions. Please follow local regulations for the proper disposal of this device, batteries, and other accessories.
  • Please do not place the device and its battery in high-temperature environments or near heating devices such as direct sunlight, microwaves, heaters, ovens, etc. Overheating of the battery may cause explosions.

To avoid hearing damage, please do not use high volume for extended periods of time.

Battery Safety

  • Please do not disassemble, impact, compress, or expose the battery to fire. If severe swelling occurs, please do not continue using it.
  • Please always use the charger provided with the tablet computer or a compatible charger recommended by the manufacturer. Using unauthorized chargers may damage the tablet computer or battery.
  • Please use original or approved accessories: When using accessories such as USB cables or portable power banks, please ensure that they are original or approved by the respective manufacturer.
  • Please don’t short-circuit the battery metal contacts, as it can cause a short circuit and avoid the risk of overheating, burns, or other personal injuries.
  • Please don’t overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger as soon as the battery is fully charged.
  • Please don’t disassemble, collide with, or compress the battery to prevent leakage, overheating, or explosion.
  • Please don’t expose the tablet computer to extreme temperatures, whether low or high.
  • Please keep the device dry. Use the tablet computer in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area.
  • Please try to avoid using the tablet computer in dusty, smoky, or excessively humid environments.
  • Please don’t throw the battery into the fire, as it may cause fire or explosion.
  • If the battery shows severe swelling, please don’t continue using it.
  • Please dispose of the battery properly. When it is necessary to replace the battery, please follow local regulations and guidelines for disposal. Don’t throw batteries into regular trash bins, as they may contain hazardous substances.

Warming

  • Please follow relevant laws and regulations and refrain from using the tablet in the following environments:
  • Environments such as gas stations, oil depots, chemical warehouses, or other areas storing flammable or explosive substances. It is strictly prohibited to use the device in such locations.
  • Please do not use the device in places such as operating rooms, emergency rooms, intensive care units, and other medical facilities. To avoid interference with medical equipment, please keep a distance of at least 15 centimeters  between the device and pacemakers, hearing aids, cochlear implants, or other medical devices.
  • Please consult a physician and the device manufacturer if you intend to use the device near personal medical equipment.
  • Please comply with aviation safety regulations and turn off your tablet when traveling on an airplane.
  • Please adhere to all safety warnings and regulations regarding the use of this device while driving.
  • Please do not use the tablet outdoors during thunderstorms to avoid the risk of lightning accidents.
  • Please avoid using the charger in high-humidity areas like bathrooms as it may cause electric shock, personal injury, fire hazards, or damage to the charger.
  • Please comply with relevant laws and regulations that explicitly prohibit the use of this device in any environment.

Warranty Policy

In case of product malfunction, please contact us first. With your purchase receipt, you can enjoy a 7-day return, 15-day exchange, and 365-day free repair service.
After more than one year free warranty period, we provide paid repair service (only charge parts cost price and labor cost which is near wholesale price)
To ensure your after-sales rights, please keep your valid purchase receipt properly.
Without the permission and authorization of MESWAO, unauthorized disassembly, repair and modification, human reasons (including subjective/non-subjective reasons, such as water immersion, shock cracking, breaking, printed  circuit boards and functional devices, etc.) lead to tablet failure or damage In other cases, you will not be able to enjoy the free maintenance policy.
Before applying for service, please make sure to back up your data and log out of relevant accounts to avoid any situations that may affect after-sales service.
Offline physical store purchases do not support 7-day no-reason return.
