Your Hosts are Fully Vaccinated!! Birdsong is a Safe and Secure property in a rural setting on five acres of paddocks, livestock, and mature trees that attract our Native Birds. There is NO SULFUR SMELL! We are 15 mins from Rotorua Central, Thermal pools, Bike tracks, Forest walks, Gondola, Luge and Zip Line are all close by. Our location is perfect for Day Trips to Hobbiton, and Taupo. Fly Fishing for Trout is just 100 meters across the road, (Ngongotaha Stream). There is storage for Bikes.

The space
Birdsong has a large Dining/Lounge area with a 42 inch TV, we have a DVD player for the Kids . The comfy Lounge Suite has 2 recliner Chairs and there is a large Heat-pump. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. Birdsong has its own private outdoor Dining area with a BBQ supplied on request. We have Tui that may serenade you early mornings and evenings. There are 5 Cats, 12 Chickens, 6 sheep that call Birdsong home. Please NOTE the Bathroom is through the Main Bedroom upstairs. it is an En-suite as shown in the photo's. We can accommodate 6 Guests with a Double/Single Bunk and a King Single bed in the downstairs Bedroom, BUT please remember we only have ONE Bathroom!!. The pantry has some basic essentials and tea and coffee. Birdsong is set in a safe and secure location. Our check in window is between 3 and 6pm unless arranged prior.

Guest access
Guests have a private outdoor area in which to relax, and there is a Guest BBQ available . Guests are welcome to enjoy the surroundings, This property is a SMOKE AND VAPE FREE ZONE.
There is plenty of parking for Cars and Boats etc, in a secure environment. A lockup garage is available for mountain bikes. Your parking space is right outside your door.

Other things to note
On the lower floor off the lounge is the second bedroom containing a Double/Single Bunk and a King Single Bed The main bedroom is upstairs and has the Bathroom attached (en-suite). There is a double wardrobe with shelving and plenty of space for storing bags etc. Our Check in window is between 3 and 6pm unless arranged prior.
