The sliders are awesome as always!!!
That said, this location is just TERRIBLE at timing of online orders... I’ve ordered crave cases multiple times hours or even days in advance hoping one day it will happen, and no matter what, it’s at minimum 10 MINS wait up to 25 MINS wait. Every. Single. Time.
What’s the point of an online order?
I don’t get it, Addison WC…. I need some time off but I’ll try again eventually in hopes that one magical day, it may just happen

How many times did I tell the drive through order taker:
“4 breakfast sandwiches , egg and cheese no meat”
“4 breakfast sandwiches , egg and cheese no meat.”
Then basically some mumbling in a language vaguely resembling English, not sure too much mumbling.
I drive away and you guessed it, 4 breakfast sandwiches with sausage no egg.
This store, it’s management team and associates need some remedial training in speaking English, saying yes please and thank you and basic customer service skills.

I love WC because I enjoy the sliders and the workers offer great customer service. It’s a wonderful Chicago tradition for tasty fast food! Thank you WC employees!

Choose your Castle carefully. Don't go to one where transfat oil is outlawed, like in Chicago; you WILL taste the difference in the burgers and anything else fried. Beware of Castles in the 'hood; in addition to the danger inherent in their surroundings, you'll get slow, surly service and sloppy sliders sometimes devoid of form. And, find and stick with Castles staffed by middle-aged women; they take the time to do it right, day and night. My favorites are those in Whiting and Hammond, Indiana, and the taxes are lower than in Illinois, too!

This is a great place for families. You can try a variety of different tastes with out breaking your budget. Living in California we only see them in the freezer section. They had a new sloppy Joe slider for 99 cents. They even have a veggie option. Asked staff about some photos hanging up but did not know what a slider hall of fame is. This is open 24/7.

Never been to a White Castle before. Easy menu and bbq brisket slider was a really pleasant surprise for a snack. Didn’t wait long not do more that they are very small hence a normal meal would be 4!of them.

Had to visit and try my first ever White Castle meal. I had the cheese sliders meal with 3 sliders and the American cheese. These dainty little sliders were tasty and delicious as were the crinkle cut fries. Great value too at under $5 with a drink.

I love White Castle. I have been eating the Original Sliders since the 1940s, when I was growing up in Blue Island, Illinois. Now I live in downtown Chicago and the closest White Castle is at 3312 West Addison Street on Chicago's far Northwest Side. But it's a small price to pay for a sack. They didn't have drive-throughs in the old days. But purists understand that the only way to enjoy the Original Slider--tiny, warm, soft bun, hamburger patty, pickle, onions and catsup--is fresh off the griddle in the restaurant, not from a frozen container purchased in a grocery store. No microwave here. No steaming. No reheating. Walk into the restaurant and sit in a booth--they only had counter service in the old days--and order 8 or 10 with fries and a drink. White Castle was founded in 1921 and it never has been copied. To be competitive with other fast-food chains, White Castle has been forced to expand its menu. Hey, the Thanksgiving stuffing recipe is very popular. But when it comes to hamburgers--even though the same product that once cost 12 cents in the 1950s now costs 72 cents--White Castle still leads the parade.

Yep, I was wooed by the Thanksgiving ads for White Castle which were advertising three different types of turkey burgers and sweet potato fries drizzled in syrup & marshmallow creme with cinnamon praline pecans, as well as loaded fried green beans. So, off I went in the middle of the night for that midnight craving and got one of each - an apple butter turkey slider, a tangy bistro turkey slider and a dusseldorf mustard turkey slider. Naturally, I couldn't pass up the sweet potato fries. The turkey sliders, well, they were turkey sliders. What made them different was the condiment. I did prefer the dusseldorf mustard turkey slider. I liked the sweet potato fries. They are certainly different from most other sides at any fast food place. The service was efficient, though if you get in the drive-thru lane, beware of someone who can't make up their mind in front of you.

This white castle been a staple in the neighborhood for decades. Recent renovation makes it more warm and friendly and customer service has improved slightly. Burgers are delicious and this is one of my favorite old school burger joints.

White Castle sliders are unlike any other type of fast food burger. There is a lot to be said about the "craving". Open 24 hours, you are able to nip that craving anytime you get it. A clean restaurant with efficient staff, including the drive-thru, this is the perfect place for that midnight snack.

I have always wanted to eat at one of these since we do not have these in the South. I was so happy to scarf down those little double chzburgers. Skip the siracha shrimp nibblers. They weren't bad, just whatever. The chicken and breakfast sliders were yummy as well.

This particular White Castle actually was completely rebuilt (not remodeled), in the last few months. Everything now is clean and bright, and I found the staff to be friendly. White Castle has made its reputation on its "sliders", they are not McDonald's burgers, they're not Five Guys or Wendy's burgers, and they are certainly not gourmet-type burgers. But they are good, especially if you get that craving for the White Castle menu, which they have been expanding to some rather interesting items. To be fair, there are usually two times that I've seen that most people do get that craving. The first being when you are stopping on the way home from a night of libations. The second is when you have worked several night shifts in a row and you just think that those sliders will help you get your system back in order. Enjoy White Castle for what it is!

After seeing advertising and being in a movie with Harold and Kumar, my family decided to try this restaurant. They were hugely disappointed. The wait for their food was very long, the service was not the best. One of the servers kept apologizing for the delay. When the food arrived, it was not good. We went there expecting Hamburger etc. They served sliders. The meat was wafer thin and had holes in it so (according to the manager) it could cook quicker. I think it is just another way to reduce the amount of meat. We did not enjoy anything about this experience and would not reccomend it. We did hear from some locals and they love it. I don't think our expectations were too high, we just wanted to be able to get a decent burger.
