The front gate sign says La Petite Ferme (the little farm). Drive up the shaded driveway to a cosy 3 bedroom home with a sleepout (4th bedroom). Your country experience begins here, just a short drive North along State Highway 10 from the roundabout at the entrance to Kerikeri. Set under beautiful full grown trees on a 3 1/2 acre property, including an orange orchard, large park-like grounds and gardens all around the house. Ample safe parking space for your cars/boat around the house.

The space
La Petite Ferme Manor is a home, so it has everything you need for eating, drinking, playing games or just relaxing. Located in a great area to make this your base to go out and explore the rest of Northland, such as taking in full day trip right up to the top of NZ to Cape Reinga to explore the area. Close by are cafes, restaurants, shops, beautiful bushwalks, waterfalls, galleries, markets and lots more.

The lounge has 2 big comfortable sofas and wide opening doors onto a sunny sheltered deck and BBQ area. There are plenty of outdoor chairs as well.
Bedroom 1 = 1 queen.
Bedroom 2 = 1 double bed.
Bedroom 3 = 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in this room

Bedroom 4 =
In the large hallway there is also a divan fold out bed, more suitable for 1 adult or 2 children (request linen).
OR there is a sleepout close by in the garden with a double bed.

All of the above sleeps 8 guests maximum.

Guest access
You have full access to the house, except for the locked cleaners cleaning supply cupboard in bedroom 2.
There are 3 other occupied spaces on this large rural property, they all have their own outlook, so you will be able to sit on your own private deck and enjoy the beautiful tropical grounds close by.

Internet - we are in a rural location on Broadband, not fibre - the internet can be intermittent at times.
