It operates primary hubs at Incheon International Airport (ICN) and Jeju International Airport (CJU) and a secondary hub at Gimhae International Airport (PUS). Domestically, the airline flies to six destinations. It also has scheduled international service to Cambodia, Guam, Hong Kong, Japan, Northern Mariana Islands, China, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as charter operations. The airline's fleet consists of 20 Boeing 737-800 planes configured with a single Economy Class cabin. My first time with this airline and never experienced such a poor service in my 25 year of flying. Seats are made for max 5'ft people and I am 5.10' and couldn't fit in. Cabin crew has no idea of customer service and how to treat people. They refused to help or do anything even when there were empty seats. Cabin crew was rude and had no intension to help anyone. I have flew on many no frill airlines but this is the worst one I have flew with. I do not recommend this airline to anyone.…

This Manila to Incheon with flight number 7C2306 a girl flight attendant she really rude for taking a remembrance (video) it can be polite way to excuse. But my experience is SUPER BAD. Dont flight with Jeju Air. Promise its not worth it.

If you are booking, do not do so through Booking.com. We tried to book and got a message saying 'wait a few days after payment'. No confirmation that we were on a flight, no receipt for money taken from our accounts, no flight tickets, and worse still no cancellation button on the website. Just a pure scam!! Avoid Booking.com at all costs!!…

This airline never serve meals for both 2 connecting flights. Such a horrible experience for a kid traveling without food serve during meal hrs!!! Never book this airline again ever!!!!
