SHEIN - Shopping Online 12+

I love Shein as it is over all the shipping was the only thing that caught me off guard. I was told that May 26th today’s May 30thI was told through May 26 and May 28. I would receive my package of five items today is May 30, 2024 and I have still not received anything. I am really upset because I was lied to. I was so excited for my package come, I waited for so long, and it still hasn’t arrived. I kind of thought that maybe there was an issue in the In the UPS truck But now that I think about it, I think it was just she not being able to make up the exact time for me. I was really upset I was like oh my gosh now it’s way later than what I was told and every morning I would get notifications I was like metro whatever or It was in someplace far out or whatever whatever yesterday and this morning I just got a notification that it’s in my area so I’m happy now that I know my package is going to be shipped to my house soon but I’m just really upset that I was lied to told that it would come at a specified time and it never arrived. I’ll overall think Sheehan is a good app. I would give it a 4.5 star rating only because of the shipping and the free shipping comes around awkwardly like random times, and it only lasts like a day or two sometimes which kind of upsets me because not everybody has money within a day or two But that’s all I would really say like I said overall Sheehan is a nice app. I would recommend other people to buy from Shein.

I was very skeptical about ordering from this site. I read so many complaints about cheap material, clothing smelling, irregular size I could go on. I needed a Indian inspired outfit for a wedding in Dec 2021 and didn’t want to spend a lot. My niece persuaded me to look on the app. Needless to say I found something beautiful and very affordable. Idk what Shein the people are complaining about. I have made a purchase practically every month since my first order( help I need a intervention 😏). I’ve sent back items never because of the above mentioned complaints. It was either I didn’t get the size right or the way it fitted on me. Every size 14 doesn’t fit the same on every size 14 body. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Shipping is definitely fast. I had one delay in shipping contact customer service and was assured my item was coming. Even with the delay the item still came within the time frame. People also have to remember the time difference. When your up and about customer service for them is closed. For the people sitting on the fence nothing wrong with reading the reviews I do all the time. But don’t let that stop you. Try it yourself as I finally did. Hopefully you’ll be satisfied as I am. Not a bad purchase yet and I love all the compliments and the shocked faces when I tell them where I purchased it from.

I’ve been lucky enough to win many of the games shein has to offer and accumulate credit to use in items I never thought I would be able to afford with the place I am in my life right now. Unfortunately some actions will cause the game to “glitch” basically penalizing you for trying to win them faster. It’s a minor but annoying thing to deal with but it’s doable.

The customer serve is never available for live chat so if you want to reach anyone you will ALWAYS have to submit a ticket and wait to 24 hours for a scripted response but I’ve be satisfied enough not to feel the need to reach out until my recent issue with ordering a PS5. I’ve ordered one and had no issue receiving my order and it even arrived quick! I was so satisfied with the item I wanted to purchase another with the credit shipped to same address everything would be the same for the order however I was met with a notice on my order requiring a bank statement to basically verify Im not a fraud or doing anything fraudulent. They rejected my documents and I’ve now attempted to order one with it being my 5th attempt trying to get a second order shipped to me. I can’t even get ahold of CS quickly to ensure I don’t get a email saying they suspect fraud and cancel it once again then I miss out on the extra discount they have going on…. Hopefully no one else is having this issue but a part of me is thinking they just don’t want to be letting these go with credit basically free… bummer
