Update: The bell engineering rep showed up today. He is going to reach out to rogers and I will as well. He was great to deal with. I'm now in a position where it seems to be a rogers dragging their heels. I should note that I did reach out to rogers the same time as bell on the 25th, nothing from rogers yet so I just sent in another request.
