We paid for premium Economy as Thai call this Full Flex expecting something a bit better than Basic Economy. Nothing was any different except baggage allowance & change ticket fees. Seats, food etc were the very same this was very disappointing. Anyway for our return flight my wife suggested that we change our seats to a bulk head in front because of more leg room. Although we paid through the nose they still wanted another GBP78.80 each. So if you paid basic Economy of say GBP850 your seats change would just add that GBP78.80 being GBP928.90. We paid GBP1695.46 each plus GBP78.80 amounts to GBP1774.26p. I contacted Thai Airways about this on January 25th as I write February 26th no reply. I would advise anyone do not fly Thai because the service is second rate & prices are high.

My family of five recently flew in business class with Thai Airways and I have to say that my experience was absolutely fantastic.
From start to finish, the cabin crew (Ms Naweenta C., Mr Non N, Mrs Papawadee S., Ms Pornpen W., Mrs Pakstree I., Mrs Butsarek I.) went above and beyond to make sure that I and my family were comfortable and well taken care of. In particular, Ms. Naweenta C. stood out as an exceptional member of the team.
Not only was she friendly and approachable, but she also went out of her way to help us with our children. She took the time to chat with them, answer their questions, and make them feel at ease during the flight. Additionally, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu options and helped us choose the perfect dish for our tastes.
Throughout the flight, Ms. Naweenta C. and the rest of the cabin crew were always available to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was extra pillows and blankets or a fresh cup of coffee. They were attentive and professional, and truly made our flight a pleasure.
Overall, I can't recommend Thai and its business class cabin crew enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, luxurious flight experience with exceptional service, look no further than Thai Airways And if you're lucky enough to have Ms. Naweenta C. as your cabin crew, you're in for a real treat!"

Like so many other airlines, offers an increasingly pitiful product in Economy class.At TG, it is now obvious that the inflight product has been scaled down, still a reasonably decent service, however, which lacks invitations, timing, and cocktail service.The price picture is on a completely different level now that many competing airlines do not offer alternatives to Bangkok.A flight crew that must have gone through purgatory during the pandemic hasn't quite recovered with that extra smile during inflight service

Do not fly with Thai airways not only are the staff rude the food on flight was disgusting the plane and seat area was disgusting, hadn’t been cleaned properly!
They are stingy giving out refreshments and ran out of wine after 4 hours on a 13 hour flight. To top it off suitcase was damaged, there are so many better airlines!

For 3 years now 1200€ is lost. We try to rebook but they said we never got a voucher. The never gave a voucher. And a refund is not possible because of “rehabilitation”. What sever that means.
