仙后餐廳(JUNON)開業於2017年1月17日,裝修仿照60年代旺角的旋轉餐廳,華麗且富有特色,打卡位甚多,更成功締造為本地知名食肆,值得帶家人或朋友去懷舊一番! 「法國五月美食薈」是以法國美酒佳餚為主題的盛大節日,每年都會被各界重點推介;仙后餐廳特別為今次盛大的節日推出這個優惠套餐;日期由今年5月1號至 31號,每位$1,088,可另加$298享用三杯香檳(Pol Clement Brut, Blanc De Blanc, France、Bernard Lonclas Selection, JUNON, Brut, Bassuet, France 、G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut, France)。 自家製麵包配忌廉牛油;香滑鬆軟。 Pol Clement Blanc de Blancs Brut NV~ 在這浪漫的五月節,當然少不了香檳,帶淡淡的蘋果和梨香,清新爽口,為這餐帶出歡快的開端。 Amuse Bouche «Bourgogne Escargot» cromesquis, Morel, pig trotter, X.O cognac~ 法國菜的細緻考究,從最初頭的悅口小吃已可窺探一二,將香草焗田螺、羊肚菌及豬蹄打碎,以少許干邑作調味,包裹麵粉炸至酥香,不但只味道佳,亮麗的外表更是讓人歡喜。 French Ostra regal oyster, pickled shallot, fennel mousse, dill~ 鮮甜爽脆的法國皇御生蠔味帶海水的潮香,淨食固然好,現配上茴香、刁草、三文魚籽及紅葉頭紅酒醋,卻令整體味道加以提昇,變得更豐富多姿。 Blue prawn tartare, French Kristal caviar, celery siphon, golden apple~ 他他的爽甜鮮味來自藍水晶蝦,蓋上香滑的西芹泡沫、鹹鮮的法國鑽選魚子醬及爽甜的蘋果粒,飾以金箔突顯貴氣;味道層層遞進,美味! We came here for a long and superb business dinner. And that is exactly what we got. We were all satisfied. Wine, food - quality-presentation-taste, service and ambience. It was a really nice evening. It was expensive but worth every dollar Will be back for sure.

Tried this for lunch last week with a work colleague. They offer a really good set lunch for just $288 and the quality of the food is really good. The decor and service also really good I will definitely go back again and would like to try dinner next time. The only negative comment I had is that their wine is very expensive.

早午餐 $398/$448 Brunch Menu 呢間餐廳唔定時會轉下menu,今日就有父親節嘅brunch menu👨🏻 分別有三道菜($398)同埋四道菜($448)揀,食幾多你自己話事😎 They change their menus from time to time, and today’s menu offered a Father’s Day brunch, with choices between 3 courses and 4 courses. 麵包籃 Bread Basket 新鮮生蠔 Fresh Shackle Oyster 佢地供應嘅生蠔會由唔同國家送過黎,今日食嘅好似係澳洲生蠔🦪 雖然體積唔大,但係入口夠幼滑,帶有少少海水嘅鹹味🌊 Today’s Australian oyster was smooth and creamy despite the size, accompanied by a slight aroma of the ocean. 雅枝竹湯黑松露油 Artichoke soup and truffle oil 佢地每日用新鮮嘅雅枝竹絞碎,再加奶油去提升creamy嘅口感😚 黑松露油特別香濃,所以搶左雅枝竹嘅味道,飲落去似蘑菇湯多啲🍄 The soup is made of freshly blended artichoke and cream, which gives it a creamy texture. The truffle oil was overly aromatic, so it tastes more like mushroom soup. 煙三文魚配多士、酸忌廉及刁草 Smoked salmon on a toast. sour cream. dill. salmon roe 香脆嘅多士上面分別有煙三文魚同三文魚籽🐟再加上牛油果蓉同酸忌廉,令到菜嘅口感同味道非常豐富😋 Smokes salmon and salmon roe on taste, with guac, dill and sour cream creates a dish full of flavour and textures. 自家製鵝肝凍批配果醬及多士 Foie gras terrine, jam and toast 鵝肝凍口感細膩滑潤,入口即化🤤 雖然有少少膩🤏🏼 但係配埋多士同酸酸嘅果醬就啱啱好 Foie gras has the texture smooth like butter, and although it might be a little heavy, the crispy toast and sour jam created a nice balance. 青露筍、荷蘭汁、巴馬臣芝士 Green asparagus, gribiche sauce, old parmesan 露筍在喺夏季當造,爽嫩嘅露筍莖甜美可口👏🏼 簡單咁配埋酸甜嘅荷蘭汁同鹹香嘅芝士已經夠滋味🤭 Asparagus roots were fresh and juicy, simply adding cheese and Hollandaise sauce was already flavourful enough. 龍蝦雞尾酒、牛油果及啫喱 Lobster cocktail, avocado, jelly 下層係切成粒狀嘅牛油果🥑 上面係龍蝦湯啫喱🦞 咁樣個龍蝦湯真係幾特別,可惜咁樣就變得有啲漏,加埋下面嘅牛油果就heavy左啲🫣 With the bottom layer of avocado and lobster bisque jelly on the top, it was a little too heavy and thick for my liking. But the flavour combination was quite nice. 香辣魷魚意粉、蒜蓉及蕃茄醬 (+$48) Squid lemon spaghetti, garlic and mild kick 醬汁以蒜蓉同埋忌廉混合,加上乾辣椒碎和香蔥,非常惹味😋 意粉軟硬適中,魷魚非常新鮮同彈牙🦑 本身煎過先上碟,所以有陣陣嘅焦香味😌 Spaghetti was aldante, with a garlic cream sauce, flavoured with chilli flakes and scallions. The squid was fresh and was sautéed before mixing them in, so it had a grilled aftertaste. 西班牙豬柳 、西芹素菜千層配牛肉汁 (+$48) Spanish pork pluma, celery Mille-feuille, beef jus 望落好似牛扒但其實係豬柳🐷 雖然係厚切,但一啲都唔鞋😎 帶上微微煎焦的香氣,油脂分佈均勻,咬下肉質鬆軟😚 配菜有千層麵,但係唔係用意粉而是用左薯仔,相對上無咁漏🥔 This thick slice of pork was so juicy and plump, and with it being medium rare, it almost seemed like I was having beef. The additional ice cream on side provided a contrast to the rest of the dish. 蛋白霜雪山、焗杏仁及焦糖 Floating island dessert, almond roasted and caramel 底層係鬆脆嘅牛油蛋糕,上面放左蛋白霜,再淋上焦糖蛋黃醬😙 蛋白霜口感煙韌,配埋旁邊嘅焗杏仁同焦糖粒粒就有三種唔同嘅口感,非常豐富🤪 The bottom is a light butter cake, topped with a large meringue which had a chewy bite to it. Caramel syrup was then poured all over, and toasted almonds with caramel bits was sprinkled as a finishing touch.

與老公去拍拖,我比較遲食中午飯,所以不是好肚餓。就點了一個set dinner , 再散叫一個主菜 $628一位晚飯套餐(包括頭盤、湯、主菜、甜品) 法式香蒜牛油田螺 Bake escargot with butter and garlic 田螺新鮮彈牙,蒜蓉味香濃 伊比利亞豬梅頸肉配蜜糖薑醬,西蘭花,薯蓉及豬肉汁 單點菜式,豬梅頸肉肉質軟滑,有驚喜。 龍蝦意大利粉配青檸芫茜龍蝦汁 Lobster spaghetti with lime and Coriander in creamy sauce 龍蝦汁非常新鮮,香濃,龍蝦肉彈牙,意大利粉每一條都掛滿龍蝦汁,正。 朱古力流心蛋糕配櫻桃酒配酸甜醃漬櫻桃 Chocolate fondant with Kirsch and sour cherry compote 旁邊嘅櫻桃汁是亮點,好朱古力蛋糕食,好夾。 有美食,有情人, 仲有美景,好幸福。

The reason why I chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday for my friend this year is because both of us are the die-hard fans of the owner of this restaurant - Mr. Hins Cheung. We heard that he paid a great deal of effort of starting up this restaurant. What we felt was that he has been dedicated to infusing a restaurant with a marvellous amalgam of nostalgic Hong Kong night club and contemporary French cuisine. The restaurant was embellished with several vintage decorations. As for this dinner, we ordered a Bistro-styled set dinner with French oysters. Overall the food presentation was great; however the food tended to be salty . The chef has to pay special attention to it, since the majority of Hong Kongers have been relatively health-conscious in recent years. By the way, we overheard the conversation between another patron and (probably) a manager. I would highly recommend that a manager can invite the patron to sit down in a quiet or an isolated place first while handling a complaint, otherwise it will have a negative impact upon the entire dining experience of other patrons. When asked about the live entertainment, we would not say that it was professional, yet it was extremely entertaining. The entertainers performed several classical songs in a narrative manner, and all these touched our heartstrings.

Extremely disappointed. Unacceptable quality of food with the untrained staff ruined my night. Don’t ever come for celebration, the restaurant will give you lots of bad memories.

Step into the revolving door and it teleports you back to the good old European days with the vintage design and the exquisite decorated stained glass ceiling. Overall the food is on the briny side but they are definitely tasty. Came for lunch and didn't get the chance to experience the live entertainment showcasing during dinner.

Came here to celebrate something special :) Since there are something I wanted to try on a la carte, therefore we ordered one dinner set, and one appetizer, one main course and one dessert separately. 來這裡慶祝特別的日子:) 因為想試一試主餐牌上食物, 所以我們叫了一份晚市套餐, 另外叫了一份頭盤, 一份主菜同一份甜品. Beef Tartare with Salas Verde, Coriander Jelly and Pommery Mustard Dressing (Cold Dish) | 牛肉他他配青醬, 芫荽啫喱及芥末杍醬 (冷盤) 220HKD I ordered this appetizer separately. The beef tartare was fresh and the coriander jelly was refreshing. But the portion was tiny and wasn't worth 220HKD. 散叫的頭盤, 牛肉他他本身很新鮮, 配上以芫荽啫喱十分清新, 但以220HKD來說份量有點少. Clam Chowder | 周打蜆湯 This soup came along with the dinner set, which originally it served with chilled tomato soup. But I personally do not like any kind of tomato soup, therefore they allowed me to switch it to clam chowder. The clam chowder was so nice and full with ingredients. 跟餐的湯, 本來是蕃茄凍湯, 但本來對蕃茄味的湯沒有興趣的我可以改叫周打蜆湯, 我自己認為很好飲! 很足料很濃郁, 每一口都有很多材料! Salmon Confit with Onion Compote and Rhubarbs Sauce | 慢煮三文魚配糖漬洋蔥及大黃汁 320HKD This salmon confit was very special. The salmon was soft and smooth, which is so different from the onion compote, and it is uncommon to have this combination at other restaurants. However the rhubarbs sauce was quite sour and I couldn't have it a lot with salmon. 這個慢煮三文魚十分特別, 三文魚肉質很嫩滑, 配上糖漬洋蔥感覺很不一樣, 平日在外面的餐廳很少食到這樣的配搭. 但是大黃汁卻有點兒太酸, 所以不能夠沾點太多汁. Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, Foie Gras and Black Truffle Jus with Traditional Mashed Potatoes | 黑安格斯牛柳配鴨肝,黑松露汁及傳統蒜蓉 The beef tenderloin and foie gras were just average. 牛柳配鴨肝也是普通貨色, 但整體也是好食的. Tiramisu with Crunchy Pecan, Coffee Sauce | 意式芝士餅配香脆核桃及咖啡醬 110HKD This is such a beautiful mouth-watering tiramisu, with a huge hemisphere shape which is very eye-popping. It is worth 110HKD as a dessert with its size and taste. 意式芝士餅很漂亮!半球形狀很吸睛! 份量同味道也是相宜, 絕對值得花110HKD想品嚐.

Seems like THE place to go for birthdays, as we went for a relative's birthday, and the singer read out a long list of other tables having birthday celebrations that night. I do see why it's popular for celebrating an event. The restaurant is very quaint with it's romantic style of decor, and in a city lacking in live performances this place with its own stage and a slew of by-gone-era performances makes it a "different " experience for a Hong Kong person. The amateurish singers, choice of songs (stick with Chinese songs if you can't pronounce the English lyrics) can make for a few laughs in the beginning... but wears thin by the third performance. We all agreed that the food was okay, but nothing special. They did make a good dry martini, which I sorely needed to help me get through the night. One of my pet peeves is when a restaurant won't make a simple change to an order - in my case I wanted to change the mash potatoes with fries to go with my steak. They insisted that I must have the mash (which came in a separate bowl anyway) and order an additional fries, no other way! Well, I did do that. Their fries were ok... but the mash was terrible. Other huge problem.... we placed our order at 7:45. Our mains were finally served to us, after our much complaining, at 9:35! Understand, it wasn't even a full house. Never going there again... and will warn my friends not to either.

一年過去又到我跟車爸爸的拍拖兼結婚紀念日了,今年是結婚21週年可惜未能外遊慶祝!不過車爸爸好識做訂了我喜歡的 JUNON 仙后餐廳跟我吃了一頓浪漫晚餐! 特意選了7時早點到達餐廳可以方便影相嘛!其實菜式是跟Performance的Rundown而去,所以第一道菜將會在7:45才上檯,如果您不是相機食先的朋友可不須預那麼早到呢! 步入旋轉木門後便是接待處侍應生為我們量好體溫,便帶領我們向右走進LA SCÈNE DE JUNON安座,依舊的大型圓拱型彩色琉璃天花跟我們的感情一樣燦爛美麗從沒改變。 我們被安座於中排位置對著舞臺的角度恰到好處我倆也十分滿意!檯上放有小花束作裝飾車爸爸也使出用得不浪費的精神扮晒送花給我哈哈哈......... 但大家看真點我覺得車爸爸樣子是否在說:吃飽入廚房幫皇上洗碗啦嘿嘿!! 身處在那麼懷舊又有情調的餐廳當然要拍張有Vintage味道的合照吧! 餐廳只得一個5~Course的Tasting Menu$1,688/位、6~Course!1,888/位,我們選了5個Course便可試盡全Menu的菜式了,上菜前侍應先送來麵包籃兩款味道也唔錯,而車爸爸當然一早便盯著那迷你牛油山啦! 減肥中的我滴酒不沾飲Perrier$68好了!車爸爸則選上一杯Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri$98是杯以Rum酒底混成的士多啤梨味Cocktail,看他喝得挺滿意應該很合心吧! 當第一道菜上的同時舞台亦隨之揭幕,首位表演者是來自法國的塞納河之吻~ Antoine Richard,未演出前自我介紹時還面帶靦腆的Antoine Richard,一彈起結他那法國浪漫男士情懷盡顯於歌聲及面上教人非常陶醉!而且他比兩年前消瘦了更加型仔。 第一道菜是Zucchini Foam with Antiboise Sauce in Egg Shell,在柔滑的Zucchini泡沫保護下則有青蔥、羅勒、香菜、龍蒿和番茄的配合,一口吃下去很有東南亞風味挺好味道。 接下來的是French White Asparagus, Smoked Duck Breast, Truffle Cream and Poached Quail Egg,來自法國的白蘆筍味道清甜無渣配帶酸的黑松露汁味道挺新穎,面層還有油潤的煙燻鴨胸和流心鵪鶉蛋夾起來吃口感是豐富的,要挑剔的是白蘆筍以開邊造型示人好像有點小家氣!! 第四道菜是Green Peas Soup with Foie Gras Custard and Black Truffle Chanillty,豌豆湯面有層充滿空間感的黑松露泡沫,但最驚喜的是碗底內有一重鵝肝Custard,香氣一重一重的攻陷味蕾好味得我全數喝掉! 此刻第二段表演今宵良緣~鳳鳴跟鋼琴手~Yikin亦隨著主菜出場了!闊別兩年的鳳鳴依舊吸引她有種令目不轉睛的個人魅力,那溫婉的歌聲聽得心麻酥軟扣人心弦。 回到餐卓上車爸爸的主菜Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Forbidden Rice, Green Garlic Vinaigrette亦已上檯,他非常喜歡這件和牛裡脊肉說它口感像咬BB肉般軟綿而牛味亦恰到好處,伴旁的是紫米配點Green Garlic Vinaigrette和碗豆泥吃口感很豐富。 我選了Cod rolled in Cabbage Nest, Caviar and Ikura Sauce,香嫩的鱈魚以包心菜緊緊環抱著好溫馨,面層綴以魚子和三文魚添色添香,這位新美食總監Bruno Ménard確比兩年前那位的出品更加用心和出色。 之後到相親/相愛~宛姍 & 何然的小劇場表演,兩位一唱一和地落力演出,宛姍聲線非常廣加上表情鬼馬好可愛。 1 此刻到甜品時間Pre Dessert是Garrigue Ice-cream with Lemon Custard, Pomelo cooked in Vanilla and Meringue Leave,雲尼拿柚子蛋白霜加上檸檬雪糕味道清香怡人! 到正式甜品是Strawberry Parfait, Olive Oil Sponge Cake,而且驚喜的點上蠟燭和祝賀字句(須然寫錯了20年),不過有鬼馬的車爸爸在總會令我喜出望外的!大家留意再下一張圖便明白的。 這客士多啤梨芭菲渔海綿蛋糕份量超多,層次感豐盈而且輕甜味美我忍不住吃了三分一杯啊! 最後享受埋Petits Fours和Earl Grey便完滿結束這場結婚21週年紀念之夜! 多謝車爸爸24年來對我的愛護,無論我多蠻不講理多大脾氣也全單受落毫無怨言,希望我努力可以做個好好好老婆,令你繼續快樂無憂的生活下去Love You Forever!
