We understand the highly fluid situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it has on your travel with us, flexible options below will be provided for all affected guests should your flight be cancelled by AirAsia:
- Can convert the amount paid for your current flight booking into a Credit Account which can be redeemed for a new flight booking in the next 730 days; OR
- Free move change to an available flight of your choice, irrespective of what fare you paid
You may submit your request with Bo under the Flight Disruption category, and select your preferred option.
Please note:
For bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents, requests for changes to your booking must be made via the respective travel agents except for bookings made with Expedia where guests can submit their request with Bo by following the steps below.
For a successful request submission with Bo, please ensure the following:
- Your email address must match the one used for your flight booking. Your first name and surname are identified correctly according to this page here.
- If you are moving your flight date, please ensure that there are flights available on the date you wish to move your flight.
- Reply Bo with one answer at a time, following exactly as instructed by Bo.
- For bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents, requests for changes to your booking must be made via the respective travel agents.
Case number and checking your case status
If your request is successfully submitted, you will receive a case number at the end of the conversation with Bo which will also be sent to your email address.
You can check the status of your request using the “My Cases ” feature accessible by logging into your airasia rewards member account.
