Just built a new PC (i3-8350, 1 TB HDD, 32 GB DDR4 2400, Gigabyte B360M-DS3H); I am unable to login to Facebook since I upgraded to Win 11, it is not recognizing my username (message: "The email or mobile number you entered isn't connected to an account."). I do not have this problem on any of my Win 10 PCs and also used Win 11 trial version on another PC with no Facebook problems. I have the same problem with multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera and Brave). Problem seems to pertain to this PC only.

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, this is odd, are you using autofill or you are typing it manually?
can you please try to type the password in a notepad or word document then copy paste it in the Facebook password field.
On the other two computer does the Facebook automatically logged in or you are typing the password as well?
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Carlo T.

I've used both autofill and manual on all PCs, tried copy and paste, all to no effect. Problem is NOT with password, it does not recognize my username.

-Do a clean boot and try to log in as your username on Facebook, if the problem persists, when typing your username on Facebook, use the shortcut Windows+Ctrl+O to type with the virtual keyboard.
-Clean startup:
Clean boot is for you to determine if a background program is interfering with your system or to optimize your system load.
For clean boot follow the steps below:
On the Desktop, press the Windows + R keys simultaneously to open Run;
In the Run Menu type msconfig command and click OK to open System Configuration;
On the Services tab, check Hide All Microsoft Services and Click Disable All;
Click Apply and OK;
Restart the computer.
NOTE:This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, selectively, instead of keeping them all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.
-I suggest you test using the Facebook app, which can be downloaded and installed from the Microsoft Store.
I hope it solves.
-Feel free to leave your opinion, marking as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.
Graciously,

Sorry, none of this helps-same results. I've been thinking that since I loaded W10 and immediately upgraded to W11 that maybe I should try reloading W10, setting up Facebook and ensure it is working before doing the upgrade. Comment?

Yes, would be my next suggestion, if it's been a few days since you upgraded to W11, you can go to Windows+i>system>recovery. And you will see the option to go back to W10.
If on W10 the problem doesn't appear, I suggest you use the shortcut Win+F to report it to the developers.
Even if the problem is only on this PC, it would be interesting to also contact Facebook support directly, maybe they have more accurate answers about it.
Regards,
Claudeir
