                                                                                                    Chose Jack Binion Steak House on a whim. Did not realize they were located at a casino. This did not detrack from the ambiance of the resturant. The menu was delightful and the wine list was stocked very well and the prices were reasonable! Jeff, our wait person, was very attentive and professional in all respects. He also showed us a good time with his cheerful demeanor. The 6 oz steak I ordered was prepared to perfection and I really loved the bacon wrapped sea scallops. When I visit the Omaha/Council Bluffs area, I will definately come back and dine again in this establishment!

                                                                                                    My wife and I hadn't dined since before Covid at Binions, but we always considered it one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The service and atmosphere didn't disappoint, but the food was no where near the caliber it used to be. The crab bisque used to be the best around, not anymore, it was grainy and not velvety smooth and the flavor was dull. We ordered the French onion soup instead and found it to be flavorless, like onion water with bread and cheese on top. I even dripped the broth on my white khakis on accident and to my surprise when it dried you could barely tell where it had landed. I ordered a ribeye, Oscar style. The steak was swimming in lemon juice and the lemon flavor was overwhelming, I even found two lemon seeds in the mix. Once you got past the lemon steak flavor, the steak itself had hint of barnyard flavor that was also unappealing. I didn't finish it, which is unusual for me. My wife ordered the 6oz filet. She said the filet was food, but not as it used to be either. The look of the filet was unexpected, about 1/2" thick and maybe 4" around. It reminded me of a vacuum sealed cheap Omaha steak filet (which are terrible). We were disappointed and will definitely hesitate to return. At this point the prices no longer reflect the quality. Hopefully, the quality will return someday.

Way too much honey under the scallop appetizer. Asparagus needed a sauce. Asparagus was huge and over cooked. Moscoto was warm. Our server, Jeff, was amazing.

                                                                                                    We dined on Valentines Day. I was so happy to see it wasn’t packed and rushed. We had a wonderful dinner and service. Romantic and low key…just what we were looking for!

                                                                                                    By far the worst meal I’ve ever eaten at a Binion’s restaurant. The server told us that they only had one serving of prime rib left so I told her to grab it for me before it was gone. I ordered it cooked to medium, as I prefer. What I received was a piece of rare prime rib that was bleeding all over the plate. It was far more fat than meat. The meat was bland, lacking any taste of seasonings. I do not feel this last portion should have ever been served. My husband had a steak which was very good. I wish I had ordered a steak for myself. The server never inquired if everything was okay with the meal as she was too busy taking photos for other diners. We had informed the restaurant that we were celebrating our anniversary when we made the reservation. Not once was it mentioned. Very disappointed in the level of attention to service at this location. We will not return.

All the staff are friendly and seem to enjoy working there. The food has always been great. I do wish they would bring back the use of tablecloths. That really means fine dining.

We ate there on our wedding night 18 years ago and it’s been our favorite restaurant since. Our waitress was amazing as well. Definitely a must try if you haven’t.

                                                                                                    It was really good, I did have to send my filet back due to being over cooked. I ordered med rare and it came well done. The server took it back right away and returned within mins with a new one, that tasted amazing. We would definitely eat there again.
