The hotel is not easy to reach by car, because of the lack of signals, as well as the proximity to the other Holiday Inn in the same area. The position is convenient, because it is close to North Action metro.
The bed (room 215) was definitely not a double bed, it was smaller than a normal queen size that is found in hotels of the same chain and does not allow two people to sleep comfortably. In general, very small room for 3 people if the sofa bed is open.
The hotel has a parking but obviously too small because on arrival, not having booked, we have not found a place. We were directed to a nearby paid parking, where you only pay with the app, which created additional difficulties.In comparison with another hotel of the same chain where we slept (at Oxford), this hotel has a slightly better choice at breakfast.

One of the best features of the hotel is its location. Proximity to the station was very convenient as we were a family of six with children of various age range. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. We arrived before check in time but were able to store our luggage at the hotel, so we dropped it and went to explore the city.
Room was clean and basic which is what we signed up for as we basically used it for sleeping.
My only comment would be on breakfast options which could have been a tad more varied but overall it was great and I would choose it again without hesitation

This hotel is in an ideal location on the west end. Easy for the tube to the centre. Very friendly reception staff, in particular the filipino crew, very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean, tidy,fresh decor with a good space. Breakfast is standard express, only the one comment observed here, the housekeeping staff came to help themselves to breakfast at 830am. This is no problem fir me but I do think staff should wait until the end of the breakfast service. All in all a great hotel and location. Highly recommend for London as it was also relatively cheap in comparison tonother IHG hotels in this area.

After check out there was free storage (secure) to leave our belonging till we left that evening. Located next door to North Acton station on the central line so we could get anywhere in London quickly. Multiple takeaways on doorstep of hotel which was easy on way home before bed for families like us, aswell as a Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Food looked nice in hotel for meal but was closed when we wanted lunch, however staff allowed outside food to be eaten in foyer instead. Room was clean and tidy, hairdryer, iron and board provided. Air con was great snd beds comfy. We didn’t chose this hotel as was part of coach trip but was pleasantly surprised and would book again if coming to London.

I visited this lovely hotel last week, and the stay was great. The staff is very friendly and they are prepared for all COVID-19 situation, rooms clean and follow all the guidelines, so that’s a relief for the costumers.
I’ll come back anytime next time I’m in town.

Great stay at this hotel, excellent complimentary breakfast.
Location isn’t central London however you can be in central London within 20 mins and the underground is next to the hotel so it’s incredibly convenient.
Lovely staff too especially June who was the breakfast waitress, she is a ray of sunshine and definitely brightened up breakfast time, making sure everyone was happy and she gave the best cuddles, she is an asset to the hotel and others in hospitality should take a leaf out of her book, she is a knockout and we won’t forget her.

I stayed in this descent but budget hotel in London for the weekend. The hotel is next to the North Action station on the Central line which makes travel to London or Air Port very convenient. The hotel is slightly old, but clean and very welcoming. The reception staff were very friendly and check- in and out was easy and quick. We could leave our baggage in the hotel when travelling to London. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but adequate for two people. There is coffee and tea making facility in the room. The bathroom is clean with shower and consumables. The breakfast was much better than expected, good cooked food, bread and excellent coffee and tea. They also had cereals and fruits and everything one can expect from high standard hotels. The staff members were very friendly and helpful which made the stay enjoyable. I will want to stay here in my next visit to London.

We arrived at 11.30 am thinking we would have to leave our luggage and come back later to check in as we had a visit booked to Warner Bros Studios at 2.00 pm. Halina on reception could not have been more helpful! Not only did she manage to check us in early, but we also got a room on the top floor as i had asked for a high floor. Breakfast, although limited choice for hot food, is more than adequate. The hotel is conveniently located for both trains and buses as well as having a Tesco across the road. There’s a Domino’s, Subway and Papa John’s a minutes walk away. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Five stars! Great stay!

We had a lovely stay in the Holiday Inn Victoria Rd Acton. Hotel very clean and very reasonably priced. As it was my grandson’s birthday they made a special fuss of him which was very much appreciated.

Air conditioning doesn't work, food is absoulty dire, room dirty and dated, payed for parking and car park was full, card for door never works. I travel for work often and this has to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed with. Avoid.

We didn't get to the hotel until after 9 p.m. When I booked the room, I stated an estimated time of arrival. I don't think that a late arrival is a problem, but you could e-mail the hotel to make sure.
