Battery Meter Miscalibrated, How Do I Reset?

XPS-13 9365 recently refurbished including battery replacement, but battery life appeared reduced until I ran a test. I disabled the auto shutdown on low battery (5%) to Never. XPS13 battery goes from 100% to 1% in about 6.5 hours, but continues to operate in highest performance mode for almost 2 hours before shutting down. How can I get the battery meter to be more accurate?

@SeaSilver

When replacing the battery did you power-on the laptop 1-2 times with NO battery connected???

Sometimes you need to clear the old battery information from the system.

I've updated all drivers including the ones listed by U2.  No noticeable improvement.  Battery is fine, just the Windows 10 monitor indicates it is low on power too soon.  I would think there is a way to reset this monitor so it would learn the actual battery performance.  Any other idea's?

Dell replaced the battery, not sure what they did.

XPS 13 Convertible Service Manual:

Remove the Base Cover.

Disconnect the battery then power-on 1-2 times.

Reconnect the battery and replace the Base Cover.

Power-on and test.

I should add that the repair paperwork indicates Dell replaced the battery, coin battery, hard drive (really ssd), main logic board, and OS (Win 10 Home) reinstall.

After consideration I've decided to delay attempting this fix until our warrantee expires.  We currently have an undesirable work around (disabling the auto shutdown on low battery and connecting the power cord about 1 hour after the battery meter goes to 0%).  I'm certain the battery data is stored somewhere and was hoping that data could be edited or deleted.

For example, there is a Battery section in the BIOS settings.  Unfortunately there are no specific selections regarding the battery monitor.  However I could reset to Factory Defaults or BIOS Defaults.  I'm uncertain if selecting either of these options reset all BIOS settings or only those in the Battery section that I'm viewing, thus I'm hesitant to experiment with this as it is my wife's laptop and I don't have any evidence this will impact the setting I hope to reset.
