What travellers are saying
- SaraDallalAmsterdam, The Netherlands69 contributionsWe visited with family and friends. The kids loved it and although it was freezing in the outside pool the pool inside was warm and great for kids. There is a small cafe as well that serves food and drinks.Written September 1, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anna TKassel, Germany2 contributionsWe visited the Jack the Ripper room to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was fantastic! We both love finding secrets and solving puzzles, so it left us very happy and inspired, and absolutely wishing to come back!!! Everything is done with a lot of love and attention to detail. Also the interior almost brought us back to the 19th century! Thank you, EXITgame Kassel Team, for this stunning experience!Written July 19, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Frauke HBraunschweig, Germany2 contributionsThe Location is good to find and everything ran without problems. The team was very friendly and made very good appointments for our big group. They support us during the game, so that we could solve the riddle. The rooms are equipped excitingly, we had to look at every detail. It was very funny.Written May 20, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sophie S1 contributionHorrible experience. Went with my baby who was asleep. Bought a ticket in person, 10 minutes before the session. Was the only person in the cinema. Was confronted on the way to cinema by a very aggressive male employee saying the cinema was too loud for children. The manager then came to speak to me to say I was not allowed in the cinema with children. Fair enough. However, then went to the front counter to get a refund for the ticket I had JUST bought and was told I could only get a voucher. I explained I didn’t live in Vienna and was leaving the next day so had zero use for a voucher. Was told, “too bad - company policy”. Asked why I was a sold a ticket in the first place or not told about the no baby policy. She said, “she just assumed I wouldn’t be bringing my baby in”.Written May 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
