Olivia Munn got creative while denying she’s engaged, posting a hilarious text conversation with her mom to prove a point.

Rumors that Munn and her boyfriend, NFL star Aaron Rodgers, are getting married have become so rampant that even her own mother is believing the hype.

Munn posted the proof to Instagram on Tuesday, sharing a screenshot of texts from her mom congratulating her on the big news.

“Oh man you engagement??” her mom wrote. “You know we love Aaron. I pray say thanks for him all the times … Hey why don’t you tell me first?”

“Oh my gosh Mom no,” Munn responded. “You know you shouldn’t believe gossip on the Internet. If I was engaged, I promise you’d be like the 8th person to know. Maybe 9th. But definitely way before the Internet.”

The Imperfection Olivia Munn Prefers Covering Up

Her mom responded “Okay sounds good” and let her know she’s jealous she gets to meet “Colberto” on the Late Show.

The X-Men: Apocalypse actress, who’s been dating Rodgers since 2014, captioned the screenshot by explaining how answering “no comment” in an interview can be interpreted as a “default ‘Yes.’ ”

Instead, Munn writes, “I’m going to let my text conversation with my Asian mom help me out. #Colberto”
