Track and Field Competes at Badger Challenge Friday

Last meet of the regular season for MU
MADISON, Wis. – Marquette University track and field competed at the Badger Challenge on Friday in Madison.
"We had a lot of great PRs and marks today," said Bert Rogers. "It was an excellent final tune up before BIG EAST. We'll be ready next week in Philadelphia."
Annika Bynum finished first in the high jump at 1.73m, her second best mark this outdoor season.
Daylee Braden finished second and ran the third-fastest 800 in program history at 2:07.61.
Caleb Venzke finished third in the javelin with the eighth-longest throw on the all-time list at 54.91m.
Riley Ward had the fifth-longest throw in program history in the javelin at 39.80m.
Danny Olsen ran the ninth-fastest 200m time in program history at 21.70 seconds.
Julia Beck finished third in the 100h at 14.65 seconds, one second off her PR that was set last week.
