Outdated rooms. Air conditioner has a motion sensor so it doesn’t kick on in the middle of the night. Very hot so didn’t sleep well. We stay at IHG hotels often and will choose Holiday Inn in the future. The plus is that you have a full size fridge to keep drinks cold. Friendly staff.

We had some issues with the internet not working and took some time to fix but other than that our room was clean and acceptable and staff were very helpful and everyone was in masks when we were there. Nice towels. The shower head was very powerful and a big strong but everything was ok

This was our second time staying here. Super friendly staff, convenient location, clean, comfortable room. We were on the 3rd floor (smoking). Smells like snoop dogg is staying next door. So strong in our room. I would stay here again, maybe on a different floor. Someone else mentioned the hole in the bed, and I noticed that too. You just kinda roll to the middle.

Sara at the front desk of Candlewood in Hot Springs Arkansas was absolutely wonderful! She is an excellent employee who went above and beyond to help me at check in. She even got me a nice room upgrade.

I booked a room for a relative online. I put in all my information, as required in order to do so(name, phone number, email address, credit card info). It clearly stated that credit card would not be charged, since the option of paying at premises was selected. My relative would be paying cash once he got there. So I got my confirmation email/text message and everything, all set! After a long drive, when he gets there, he is told that no rooms are available because they had "tried running my card" and was not authorized!? They said they tried contacting me several times. Which was an absolute lie!! No missed calls, no emails from them, nothing! I travel quite a bit and have booked many hotels before. Never have I had an issue like this. NEVER! I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all!! Online reservations are not honored.

Each staff member I came in contact with were professional but extremely personable. They do everything to make you feel at home. The room was spacious and very clean. The water pressure was PHENOMENAL!!! Hot water never ran out and felt better than the local over rated bathhouse spa. The laundry room was a nice perk but could use a couple more washers with the number of rooms they have. Very nice gazebo to sit under in the evening. The pool was clean but we never had time to take a dip. When I return to Hot Springs I will definitely be staying here again! Way to go staff!!!

Candlewood Suites, Hot Springs AR - There were so many things wrong with this stay I wanted to alert others. When we arrived our rooms weren't ready. We patiently waited in the lobby as others were checking in ahead of us. After 30+ minutes one of the attendants decided they could switch our rooms with guests who hadn't arrived yet. The rooms were decent sized and seemed clean so all was well, or so we thought. Our mattress had a LARGE sunken in place in it. After the check in issues I decided not to even complain. I just slept on the side of the mattress and made do. The next morning there was no coffee in the lobby or any for the rooms. As we were checking out the same hotel staff was there as when we checked in and she wanted to argue with us about putting one room on my card and the other on my friend's card. She finally agreed and said I would have the incidental charge for both rooms on my card for X amount of days until it cleared. I agreed and we both checked out. Well I guess in the end the hotel clerk won because I got charged for both rooms and trying to get someone on the phone or to answer an email has been impossible. Candlewood suites has non existent customer service.

The hotel is mediocre and the room was not fully cleaned with food and medical scraps on the floor. Numerous employees and guests failed to wear masks even though it is required. I do not recommend this hotel for this reason. See photo of front desk worker.

I stayed one night at the Candlewood Suites in Hot Springs while on vacation. When I arrived, I was offered either a second or third floor room. I preferred 3rd floor, but was told that part of the 3rd floor was smoking. I have learned before that even being near smoking rooms is bad. I said 2nd works better. I was placed near an elevator on the 2nd floor overlooking the go-kart park. The room layout was nice and it was clean. That was the only good things to say. The noise was really bad from the noise of go karts until 10 pm and the stomping sounds from above off and on all night. The room was humid and smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well. This hotel feels very archaic with it’s smoking policies and layout. If I ever find myself in Hot Springs, I will pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

I arrived in the evening after a long flight and then 90 min drive to Hot Springs, AR…Opened the door to my room on the 2nd floor across from the elevator and had the most amazing experience. The room smelled heavenly. They use Dove soap and hair products in their bathrooms.😊 The room was virtually sound-proof. Clean! Bed beyond comfortable. Entire hotel staff friendly and helpful. Just an unexpected and delightful, positive experience after a journey that started on the West coast at 3am and ended that day at 7pm in Arkansas. My first experience with this hotel chain. The price was under $100 and best hotel room ever!
