Recently was on a staycation at W Hong Kong. Brian who checked me in was fantastic. Francis was amazing, he kept making sure that my stay remained was a memorable one!!

I booked the Fantastic Suite to surprise my mom for her birthday using the Dine Whatever/Whenever package. I sneaked to the check-in counter and was kindly greeted by Gloria who tried her very best to upgrade us but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. The Fantastic Suite was still so worth it, especially after Nelson added such wonderful touches to our suite to make it extra special for my mom.

After our well-served and delicious lunch at Sin Ying Cantonese Dining, we were greeted by Nelson at the lobby and wished my mom a happy bday! We were accompanied by him all the way to the suite to surprise each one of us with the decorations and delights he organized! He got my mom macarons and cakes with a greeting and some balloons and flowers spelling her name on the bed, as well as a birthday card! It made my mom tear up, it was the perfect surprise ever! Nelson even came back with a gift that we will treasure forever! I would like to thank him for being so nice and accommodating. We appreciate all that he did to make our stay extra memorable :)

The view we got from the 25th floor was absolutely beautiful. We got to watch the sunset from there. We also enjoyed all the amenities provided. They had so many that other hotels don't offer like bath salts, Dyson hairdryer, HDMI cable, smart TV, automatic black-out curtains and more!

The in-room dining was also very delicious! Overall, the entire stay was superb and we will certainly come back again!

Ernest helped me check out very smoothly too and was taken care of by the staff until we got a taxi to take us back home.
