The Disney+ app is supported on the following Windows 10 and 11 devices:

Download the Disney+ app from the Microsoft Store to get started.
Disney+ Basic (With Ads) is available on Windows 10 and 11 when the latest updates are installed. Although updates download automatically through Windows Update, sometimes it may be necessary to install a specific version manually. If you currently have a version of Windows that does not support Disney+ Basic (With Ads), you can manually update to a version that does by following these steps:
Windows 10
- Click the Start button
- Select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates
- Select Update the system Windows 10 to the latest OS version
- When complete, restart the device
Windows 11
- Click the Start button
- Select Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates
- Choose the Download and Install option to update the system to the latest OS version
- When complete, restart the device
