STILLWATER, OKLA. (KOKH) — Charges have been filed against the suspect in a deadly hit-and-run at Oklahoma State University.
Tyler Peters, 21, was charged with leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death.
Peters is accused of hitting a person on Monroe Street and Cantwell Avenue on Feb. 22.
Oklahoma State University Police said the victim died later that day.
According to court documents, Peters entered a not-guilty plea.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 1, 2024.
