Tina was the worst waitress I think I have ever had! She was rude the entire evening. She forgot to bring drinks that were ordered, didn’t offer refills on drinks among a ton of other things. We ordered 1 order of warm sake and she asked what flavor then brought us 2?! She then couldn’t answer our questions about the menu. She messes up the order so the chef couldn’t serve the right food. When we asked if ice cream was included she responded “yeah I guess I can bring some” . Not everyone likes ice cream. To spend this much money and have such a terrible server is crazy. We asked for the manager and a large red head came over and didn’t even apologize until someone brought up how rude she was- even though we asked for a manager. The Asian female hostess walked by our table and laughed while we spoke with the manager . I will never return here so unprofessional here. I will never return to this location!as she listened to the dialogue.

We are new to the area and wanted to try some good habachi so we decided on this place. Bad idea. We made a reservation for 8 and got there 10 minutes early to a packed lobby. We waited in the lounge area for what we were told would be 15 minutes. That turned into almost and hour and 20 minutes. We kept being told that we would have to wait 15 more minutes while we watched everyone in the lounge area who was also waiting get sat. There were groups of people who had arrived after us that got sat. I have worked in the industry for many years and am very patient but the customer service was horrible. No apologizes just attitudes. I MIGHT give this place another try at an earlier time with an earlier reservation.

Have not been to this restaurant in years. It was not as entertaining as it used to be. Prices of food have gone way up and portions have gone down. and The “show” was not that great at our table. It was super packed so it was very loud.

Enjoyed our visit tonight. Our waiter, Dre was awesome. The food is always fresh and delicious at Benihana. We were very happy to be seated before our reserved time because the restaurant was crowded. Thanks for a great dining experience.
