Food was disgusting. First I order “traditional American wings” and what we got were 6 fried chicken wings… that are not even a real thing. Then I got grilled chicken that was 100% tasteless- kind of like what you’d give your dog no joke

The ribs were really good, but the rest was okay and the pasta was bad, it didn't taste anything. About the service it was not great and it had problems.

Although opinions are divided on her we decided to give it a go (burger addict teenager in tow). The burgers and fries were actually very good and we ate it all. The tables are not that great though, we were put next to a store cupboard which the waitress went in and out of a lot and left the door open each time. Not a nice view during dinner.

We had dinner twice here. Both times the service was excellent. The food was very tasty. We did not speak Spanish but both times they had a staff member who could speak English come out and attend to our needs. Large servings. Would recommend eating here.

Ordered the tenderloin which was not in stocks. Ordered rhe Ribeye instead and got something else, still not shure what it was, might have been Entrecote.
The service was OK but the food was well below decent standards. Think twice before going there. Chose something else..... anything else.

Excellent place for beer and drinks, we did not eat. Our waiter Diego was excellent and made drinks that was not on the menu. Great service, highly recommended!

Really pretty terrible!! When we were seated, there were dirty, uncleared tables surrounding us. It took about 20 minutes for a waiter to come over. The draft beer tasted like the lines hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. When our food arrived, the steaks were so tough they were inedible. We ended up paying for our drinks and leaving to get dinner elsewhere. The staff weee very pleasant and seemed like this is not a one-off. AVOID at all costs!

On our last night in Madrid, we just wanted something easy, and this place was just a short walk down Gran Via from out hotel. We ordered some steaks and grilled chicken with some salads. Although was fine, the meat was a bit tough and everything was a bit tasteless. Good thing it was quite an inexpensive dinner.

Great ribs..... Service so so....however, the décor makes it feel more like a burger king which I wasn't expecting. Canteen like. Won't be coming back to any Tony Roma's in a hurry

We love Tony Roma's and usually enjoy at least one visit there whenever we find them traveling. We know we can usually count on a good meal, a decent price, not crazy. We were pleasantly surprised to find this one, and had not expected to while we were
just wandering around. We had a very nice dinner, the ribs, of course, and service was good. We just had a little difficulty with the communication/language difficulties, but we made it through that. Another successful visit to one our favorites!

This is our second dinner in Tony Roma’s and our 2nd day in Madrid! The food is so good! We had the steak and nachos, salads and but burgers. All fresh tasty and in large portions!
We have 2 more days in Madrid ... it looks like we will return again!

We finished work late so went walking around the Soho district near Atoche. After a time we stumbled on Tony Romas opposite a nice square with restaurant's which apparently the most expensive in the area hence we went just a little further to find Tony Romas. The decor is typical american Spanish style, and we were greeted and taken to a table. The place is renowned for its ribs so we took full advantage ordering their standard rack and the baby st lewis rack both came with fries and coleslaw. We halved each and swapped so we share both types. The original ribs were very big and meaty great flavour, however the st lewis ribs with the spicier sauce were the tastiest but evidently being baby didn't have so much meat. These were washed down with paulaner Weiss beer which came in a chilled glass. It was a chilled atmosphere not too busy , quick professional service. The ribs were very good and reasonable for a city restaurant in this neighbourhood. Its not a flash place but a great place to eat some ribs and chill out.
Recommended for a meal that's mid range price in Madrid in the trendy area.

I cama here with my friends and now i regret my decision. We ordered burgers and ribs. The ribs was burned, the french fries was cold and burgers very bad. I do not recommend this place
