Spring Hill is a very quiet community but on the less generative side of progress. I currently live in the Hernando Beach area of Spring Hill where it is quieter and far more quaint. The area I live in is close to the water, therefore the nature in the area helps with the calm and peacefulness.
The town is turning more into a city with more and more people moving in. I moved here 20 years ago and it was quiet with little development. Now there's a lot of stores, homes, and apartments being built. A lot more traffic. Otherwise, it's still a nice place to live with ample grocery stores, restaurants, semi-quiet suburbs, low crime, and proximity to the coast and nature.
Spring Hill is quiet and comfortable. It is not far from major cities and commuting is not too hard.
Great community and neighborhood. Easy access to necessities, public recreation, and community events!
Used to love it here more, but it is slowly getting crazier. Still pretty quiet and not too bad, and close to the beach.
Spring Hill is an up and coming suburb in the great state of Florida. Over the past few years that I have been visiting Spring Hill, I have noticed more families and young couples moving to the town. The areas homes are being redone and some homes are being built in other places. I think the overall feel of Spring Hill is quiet and simple. Everyone is friendly and just likes to keep to themselves and do their own thing.
The neighborhood that I live in is very quiet. Even though the stores are a distance away because I am living in a new development, it is a good area to live in, there is not that much noise around and everyone goes about their business.
I have lived here for awhile and I've always felt like there was nothing to in comparison to where I was born which is Palm beach gardens. I would like to see more things built so people can actually do things instead of driving hours to go somewhere. Additionally, I think some infrastructure of this city needs help too.
very affordable living close to shopping and 45 mn to tampa airport good area to raise kids and reminds me of long island . short ride to beaches and springs
suburban neighborhood but there are a lot of conservative people and not much diversity, schools aren’t the best in this area.
Spring Hill is a quiet suburban town located just 45 minutes from Downtown Tampa. The schools here are alright and the community is relatively safe but boring here, as most residents here are white senior citizens.
Spring Hill has some very nice areas, as well as some rough places, as most towns have. I grew up here, so I may be biased, but I think it's a great place to live. Its only about 50 minutes from Tampa, which is wonderful because Tampa is filled with ample opportunity and excitement. Steer clear of the bad areas and you have yourself a great little town to live in.
Everything is close by in good range. The town has plenty to offer for a smaller town that is spread out.
I love how much there is to do. There are lots of different restaurants and places to shop. I would like to see more affordable housing in the area.
Spring Hill is a pretty small and rural part of Florida that is relatively different than anywhere else in the state. Spring Hill is a quiet and calm place to visit. We have Weeki Wachee Springs State Park where you can walk around with peacocks, and a good handful of parks that I grew up going to. They will keep you active for hours and are a good option to have for a birthday party. However, besides those two options, there is not a lot to do here since we're pretty far out from other amusement parks like Universal Studios, and because the town is small, you tend to run into a lot of people you know.

Springhill is constantly growing with so many things to do. The only thing is that there’s a little bit of traffic but otherwise it’s a great place for a family.
