Mythic items are the highest tier item in the game. It's color is Red labelled "Mythic."

• Cthulu Cleaver and Mako Mayhem are the first Mythics in the game.
• Some Mythics emit Neon. These are marked as Neon Family.
• Present Pistol and Present Bearer are the first mythics that could be obtained for a limited time during winter event 2020.
• Mako Mayhem + Cthulu Cleaver together are called "Mako Pack/Mako Set". This is spoken by many people through the community.
• Present Bearer + Present Pistol together are called "Xmas Pack/Xmas Set".
