It’s The Girls is the fourteenth studio album recorded by American singer and actress Bette Midler. It was released in 2014, and consisted of covers of songs recorded by girl groups.

The album achieved her highest first-week sales in the United States, and became her highest charting solo studio album, peaking at number 3 on the Billboard 200 with 40,000 copies sold in its first week. The album spent 15 weeks on the chart altogether, and as of 2023, remains her most recent studio album.
