Lost my order because “they were serving a wedding reception.” Real story may be understaffed. I finally got the food after more than half hour wait. The Happy Hour food was substandard. Regular menu ok but very late.

It was very busy because of Mother's Day, but we never felt rushed or lack of service. Our server was outstanding!

I’ve never had an issue with Bravo until last night. Our food came out and the chicken was cold in both our Pasta Bravo and a Caesar salad. So cold that it tasted like it was frozen and not heated up all the way. We were planning to say something to our waiter, but he didn’t come to the table for at least 15 minutes after we got our food. On top of that, one of the members of my group did not receive the soup that they ordered with their meal. I don’t know if it was a bad night for the restaurant, but it was not an enjoyable experience for us.

We had reservations. Arrived 5 minutes early and were told that we wouldn’t be sat until our time. At our time, we were told it would be longer because we didn’t have a table unless we wanted to sit near the bar and have a server who was also a bartender. We chose that because we didn’t know how long it would be. Service was okay- very long wait, drink refills were minimal. Hair in food. Overall below expectations when we had reservations. As much as I love bravo, I’m not sure we will return. So disappointing.

Calamari was cold (2 servings). Bolognese was watery and cool. Pasta bravo was bland and inedible. Chicken Marsala was a bit salty and chicken was as dry. Bread was good. Pizza was good. Flat bread was cool. Overall a very lackluster experience. Not planning to ever go back. Slow service. Use to go there a lot more but it has gone down hill. Not worth the money spent. There are lots of Italian places in town that are way better and worth the price. Thumbs down 👎

We had a good lunch meal at bravo yesterday. We were able to carry on conversations because the noise level was at an acceptable level. Especially the vegetable salad that my brother got. My salad with chicken was very different than what I expected. The chicken was like a deli chicken breast meat rolled up and placed all around the salad. It tasted OK but thought I was getting a grilled chicken salad. Also, they forgot that I said it was my brother’s birthday and we were not offered a complementary dessert from the waiter. But overall, our experience was good because of the ambience and the noise level.

We were a party of 7, and unfortunately Bravo was really bad, the food came out ice cold literally(pasta), two of them literally had zero chicken on them, and two others had 3 really small pieces, the appetizers were okay, but not great! The service was the only decent part of the entire meal! For $325 dollars, literally not exaggerating was the quality of a cold Fazoli's quality! Bravo has gone straight down the hill lately! Won't return, they're much better places to eat, especially spending that much money! All 7 people even said how poor the food quality was.......
