Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A must see! The inside of the castle was amazing. My jaw dropped in every room! The audio guide was very interesting and extremely thorough. I highly recommend it. It was a rainy day so didn't get to roam around outside too much. We did do a portion of the Long Walk which was surreal. Don't forget to stop in St. George's Chapel where you can pay your respects to the Queen and stomp on Henry the 8th!

Beautiful inside! You can pay your respects to the Queen and her family who are all buried here. You can also stomp on Henry the 8th who is buried under the main aisle! A surreal experience after seeing it for so may years on TV. Don't forget to stop in after visiting Windsor Castle.

We did the long walk from the castle to the horse statue and back. It’s about 6 miles so allow a couple of hours. Bear in mind that there is nothing along the way (toilets, cafes) and oddly no bins.

Sports mad fans can head here for an excellent atmosphere in an industrial unit. Unexpectedly relaxing, comfortable, buzzing with great staff and excellent beer. If you need to be out with your parents this is the place to go.

Arrived to hotel about 14.00hrs on 21.05.24

Check in wasn't until 4 , all good we went to explore the park.

Once into the room, it was evident the carpet was not cleaned as belongings of previous visitor was on the floor. Room was average , headboard dirty, curtains dirty and worn.
Spoke with reception who offered to get house keeping to clean the room. Manager met with me said he would send somebody up but clearly nobody had been back in the room as still dirty when we returned to our room..

Came back to room on the 22.05.24 day 2. Housekeeping had been in the room. I have never seen such a miserable attempt in my life at making a bed or cleaning a room..

Park is good, every kids dream but standard of cleaning in the hotel overall is miserable.

Staff are all lovely very obliging.

You would expect at least a clean room with the price of it

We came last night to see 12 angry men. A brilliant play. The theatre itself, loved the long corridors. The piano player in the bar area. The bar staff were friendly as was the young man upstairs in the circle. The theatre is very, very bright. When the performance starts it does need curtains to block out the light from the corridor as its a little offputting. We shall return.
