I was there to attend Pacers game (really the only reason I was in town). The stadium is located in a decent part of town and was renovated during the pandemic. It hosted the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, and as such is in pretty good shape. There appear to be good sightlines from just about everywhere, but what it lacks is character - features that make it different from any old arena. I asked several staff members what made it special and they all just shrugged. And one would think there would be a statue of Reggie Miller somewhere - one of the main faces of the franchise! Instead, there's just a small display cabinet away.

Been here many times over years for Pacer games, Big 10 games, and concerts. They have done recent renovations and are adding some new areas outside arena.

The whole experience was amazing! Security was on point and everyone go in quickly. They had live music, games, and meet and greets with the cheerleaders before the game. Food looked great and our seats were easy to find.

Watched first and second round March Madness games. Nice arena, good views from most anywhere. Easy entry with the digital kiosks. A lot of eating and drinking options, nice set up.

Was there in November of 18 and what a difference from 2-5-22 visit!
No organization, long lines to get in the venue..
Long lines for beverages and food..
No hurry at all to get people through the lines.
This was not due to COVID checks entering the venue, as no health checks were done.

Upon arrival for a concert as a guest in a wheelchair I experienced something most interesting. We were trying to find our way to our accessible seats on the floor, but were sent to 6 different places by 6 different staff members. Finally, one usher sent us downstairs to the floor level on the elevator and then we had to be escorted past locker rooms and private rooms to get to the right location on the floor. When leaving the concert we (along with the rest of the folks in the accessible section) were told by ushers that we needed to go with them right at the start of the second to last song, which was disappointing. We then were guided past some storage areas where there were forklifts, stacks of flooring from the Pacers court, basketball goals, etc. Finally we were put on a large freight elevator to get back the the main level to exit. If all of this is standard practice, then there needs to be significant improvement to the accessibility! Thankfully the concert was great and we had a fun time!

Got here .. Be sure your bad is less than dimensions required or you have to go to Security and pay 5.00 to store your bag during the event. Got yelled at twice by staff before we could ever get our tickets scanned. Lack of handicapped accessible parking in area. Lots of construction to, from and around the Fieldhouse. Not the same experience as last time here. Building is extremely cold today. They have some things to work on. It's a nice building. Wheelchairs can get in pretty easy. Restrooms are a challenge. Masks are currently requested inside. Last Crossroads Classic. Couldn't miss history.

We came for the NCAA Tournament. The seating was spread out nicely and the venue was spotless and incredible. Each seat to the rafters has a slight pad on it and drink holders. If the place had been full the seats would have been a tight squeeze. The ushers made sure everyone in the building had on a facemask and stayed in their own seats. This building is smack downtown. Parking can be tough but the location is fun.
