    hello i have key 2 and my son accidentally changed my pin. i have tried many times by i cant get it wright. so i cant unlocked the phone.
    how can i reset my phone without typing in the pin. right now i cant even unlocked the screen..

    You will probably need to run a wipe autoloader. Which model KEY² do you have?

    Do you still have the box? If so, then model and PRD number should be on it.

    Yes, you will have to wipe.

    Download and unzip to PC, plug in the phone, and run flashall.bat.

    You have to get the phone to the bootloader screen.

    From off, hold the power button down. When it vibrates, switch to the down volume button and hold until the menu appears.

    Now run the autoloader.

    Yes, but you will need the account credentials after you perform the wipe.
