All You Need to Know About Talent Search

  1. What is Talent Search? 
     
    Talent Search is a tool that gives you the ability to proactively find candidates who may be a great match for your role but are currently not actively seeking a job.  
     
    With Talent Search, you will be able to expand your candidate base further and connect with candidates whose skills and experience match your job ad, helping you find the right person for your role faster. 
     

  1. How many types of Talent Search are available? 
     
    There are 2 types of Talent Search offerings: 
     
    Talent Search by Job aka Standard Talent Search (STS) - Talent Search by Job now comes with every paid job ad (Lite Ad excluded). It recommends up to 100 suitable candidate profiles using our advanced AI-driven matching technology so you can kick start your proactive search while waiting for applications to come in. You will also receive 1000 free credits to connect with the candidates using one of the three connection methods. 
     
    Premium Talent Search (PTS) – is a paid product that you can purchase as a bundle with Ad Budget or as a standalone Talent Search credit package, it allows you to search and connect with 43 million searchable profiles across 8 countries to enable you to build your own talent pools. It also comes with additional filtering capabilities including search by name, company name, industry, Right to Work (RTW), approachability and more.

  2. What is Approachability? 

    Approachability leverages AI technology to predict candidates' willingness to be approached based on over 20 factors. If the candidate is highly active on the platform, you will see a label with “may be approachable” next to the candidate’s name. 
     

  3. What will happen to my remaining Talent Search credits after the platform upgrade?  

    Rest assured that your remaining Talent Search credits, both paid and complimentary, will be automatically converted to Premium Talent Search (PTS) credits at the rate:

    1 SiVA Talent Search credit is equivalent to 200 Premium Talent Search credits
     

  4. What can I do with my Talent Search credits? 
     
    You can use your Talent Search credits to connect with candidates in three ways:  

  • Send Job -> 25 credits  

  • Send Message -> 50 credits 

  • Access Candidate’s CV -> 200 credits  

  1. What should I do if I want to download a purchased CV from previous months?  
     
    Purchased CV can only be downloaded within 30 days. If you would like to download the CV again beyond 30 days, you will need to purchase it again using 200 Talent Search credits.  
     

  2. Can other users of my company view the CV I purchased? 
     
    Yes. All users within the same company account can access the purchased CV within 30 days.  
     

  3. Is there a validity period for Standard Talent Search credits? 
     
    Yes. Once the job ad has expired, the recommended candidates will not be visible anymore and you can no longer use the free Talent Search credits. 
     

  4. Is there a validity period for Premium Talent Search credits when I purchased them with Ad Budget? 
     
    Yes. the validity period is the same as the Ad Budget package if purchased as a bundle. In case you exhausted your PTS credits earlier than the expiration date, you can top-up PTS credits at any time while the Ad Budget package is still active.
