I'm only a freshman, but so far my experience here has been pretty decent. Most teachers are okay, but I've noticed some that don't engage with students like they should, and it reflects in grades and attitude regarding school in general. Marching and concert band are very fun, and I look forward to next season. Our therapy dog Wilson is a cool little dude, I love seeing him every day! I think there could be some things to improve, but overall kettering is a decent place to go. -🌲
Going to Waterford kettering high school has made me a very evolved person. I learned that a school can uphold appearances of being inclusive and diverse, while also not advertising their diversity and limiting how inclusive they can be.
I really enjoyed being pushed with Ap classes and joining new clubs and having the opportunity to meet new people. Having a principal change was a very difficult transition though, as well as certain things not being taken seriously
