May i know why their inventory is very low now? They used to have 1000+ of new cars but as of today, they only have 270+ new cars for sale. Hmmmm

Great experience with the used car sales side. William Phan excellent sales manager helped us along the way. Daniel Kim is an excellent salesman knows his job. Gave us options we are very satisfied and will be doing business here again because of them.

My experience from walking up to the reception area till we sat down with finance was 100 % what I expect from a dealership I'm about to purchase a vehicle from. Ms. Zhou our new car sales person was so nice and knowledgeable it made our choice much simpler. Mr. Li in finance made us feel we were sitting and have a conversation with a close friend. I give them 5 stars for making our purchase a great experience.

LONGO TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT! 100% just got burned for money! $155 for them to tell me, they assume I might have hit something and caused my AC pulley to move that caused it to put a hole in my AC hose. There is not one hence on my vehicle that I have been in ANY kind of accident! I paid $155 for the to assume something!? Then tell me it's not covered under warranty because they ASSUMED I hit something!! Seriously!?

This dealer used to be awesome. Now it sucks!! I made an appointment at 11:15 am and arrived at 11:10 am. My car wasn't ready until 2:30 and that was me asking for updates after waiting for 2 hours with no information. Then I had to follow up again and again to which at 1:30 it was still in cue for what is a simple 20 minute job, a simple oil change and it still had not been done. I wasted a whole day and was not happy.

He is knowledgable, listens to your requests, works the numbers and explains every detail. No such thing as a "stupid question" with him but he will always keep it real. If he doesn't have what your looking for, he will tell you without trying to push you to what he thinks you need or a random car you didn't ask for. Doesn't waste your time.

I had my oil changed here and brought my elderly mother. When I was told the wait would be longer than promised over the phone I expressed my dissatisfaction and concern for the wait for my mom. My service tech, Daniel P. said he would do his best. Not only did he expedite the service but went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. He even personally took my mother and I to Denny's to alleviate the down time.
When I arrived I was sure I would not return for routine service but, because of Daniel's sincere care and superior customer service I will always return to Longo Toyota. I highly recommend Longo and specifically Daniel P. Great job!Business owner information

Thank you for sharing your viewpoint on YELP and delighted to read, Daniel Perez was able to expedite your visit. Although service repairs are often unexpected and inconvenient, I can certainly sympathize the length of time it took for a regular schedule maintenance.

Checked in my car via walk-in, and I got really fast and friendly service by associate Benjamin Zhou. His estimate for my service was estimated around 3 hours, but really, I only had to wait for one hour, and that's without an appointment! Definitely recommending that place for car service anywhere and anytime!!!

Great place, made the whole car buying process a breeze. Some might find the long wait times for car orders to be daunting, but from my experience, any car you find sooner will have a horrendous mark up(talking $6k+). Glad I went through Longo and was able to get it at MSRP AND with the exact options I wanted. Raymond, you the man!
