Matt Cedeno (ex-Brandon, Days of Our Lives) is bringing his talents back to Tyler Perry's Ruthless. The actor will return for Season 2 of the BET+ original series, debuting Nov. 25. On the show, Cedeno plays a sinister cult leader known as "the Highest."
