West Forsyth High School Reviews
Rating 4.05 out of 5 384 reviews
West Forsyth High School was an overall mediocre school, many individual problems can be found within the facility, programs, administration, and the community. The students in the school are very diverse yet segregated based on their mindsets and ideologies, and despite this teachers and administration seem to do nothing to try and resolve these systematic issues amongst students. I have seen many great teachers during my time there however it is blatantly obvious they did not care to be there, either because of their coworkers or their benefits.
West Forsyth is actually a better school than I expected it to be. The staff, faculty, and administrators are all so nice, warm, friendly, and overall just amazing people. I have met so many memorable teachers who have taught me a lot not just academically, but also life- wise. West Forsyth takes great measures to ensure the safety of their students as well as the staff. They also really value student opinions when it comes to making decisions that will affect the students. There are plenty of resources in place to help improve the quality of education that the students are receiving. West Forsyth is also very diverse. All sorts of people from different backgrounds attend the school, and the school takes great measures to ensure that everyone feels comfort and belonging. The only issue I have with West Forsyth is the cleanliness of the school, especially the bathrooms. I feel like West Forsyth needs invest more towards maintaining proper hygiene.
West Forsyth became my home, a place where I can feel safe and secure, where I can express my feelings, opinions, and goals, and especially a place where people's kindness and knowledge inspire you to be a better person and give you the resources to make your dreams a reality.
