I visited with my family to watch movie. I suggest to owners and my chief minister pl insure all people go with snacks,cold drink in theater.
It's shameful to not allow outdoor snacks by onner.
If I not capable to bye Indore costly snacks so I what to do for my child.

Wave Cinemas Unique way to entertain, recently I and my friends enjoyed this place and all of us friends together made a movie plan at Waves Cinema.The name of the movie was Good Newwz. Like every wave cinemas, here the picture quality of wave cinema was also tremendous. The best food items found here have beautified it, the evening was memorable with friends and we will keep coming here in the same way, next time we will plan to watch the movie here soon.

I had watched many movies in Wave Cinema, Gomti Nagar in past. During my recent visit to Lucknow I had visited again after completing my check-in formalities in nearby hotel. The overall experience is quite good except that the place is surrounded by many food stalls outside the Wave Cinema which blocks the path to this place. McDonald's at the complex is quite busy all the time.

On July 22,9.30pm, at Macdonald outlet of wave mall, me and my husband visited here, and ordered MacAloo Tikki burgers and finger chips,we were served with cold and stale Mc Aloo Tikki burger, pieces of onion were soggy and smelling , tomatoes were sticky. Finger chips were soft and soggy. When I made a complaint, they replaced it with equally poor quality pieces . I wanted to talk to someone senior but no one came to listen us. I noticed that the the rack was leaden with pre -prepared burgers and costumes were served with those cold and stale items. For the evidence I took a photo of that rack, only then the whole staff came to forbid me. That's how I could see the manager and other staff. I told about my complain. For that the total staff showed no regrets no apologies instead they answered have to handle a big crowd so they prepared the burgers in advance.If this outlet is not capable of making the burgers when it is ordered, they are inefficient and irresponsible.This outlet is spoiling the image of this chain and doing injustice with the customers. So this outlet should be closed. I never had such a worst burger at any outlets of Macdonald's. Very upsetting experience.

Whenever there is a prominent movie release, wave cinemas is our first choice.
What's Good........ situated in a prime junction of Gomti Nagar and Faizabad road. The location is quite convenient for city people as well as people of nearby towns.
There are four screens in total. The plus point is the Gold lounge with recliner.
There is a separate floor for gold lounge which is accessible by lift hence convenient for kids and elders.
The Audi one is biggest in UP with a seating capacity of 1000 people.
There are plenty of snacks to choose from the snacks counter.
The mall is also the first in Lucknow.

The screens are good. It is not a big place but can be visited for quick outing. Has brands like W, woodland, Van Heusen, allen solly, archies, samsung, westside, globus, Landmark. It is very conveniently located. Is not too much crowdy. Has few food joints like Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut, Pind Balluchi etc
