We attended a conference in Loveland and stayed at the Embassy Suites for 2 nights. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely go back. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon snack/host bar were amazing. The staff were very friendly. Wonderful rooms; comfortable, clean, great size. No better spot and very reasonably priced.

Thank you for reviewing your recent visit for your conference. We certainly appreciate your great feedback on your meeting experience along with the other observations. With the 3rd largest hotel ballroom in Colorado and over 40.000 sq.ft. of conference space, we can handle some rather large events. Please encourage your colleagues and friends to consider our hotel when planning future conference events. We look forward to your next visit to Northern Colorado. Tom Dwyer General Manager

Very clean and maintained hotel. The staff were always pleasant. They are very strict about alchohol on the premises. Free breakfast every morning plus a managers reception every evening with drinks and snacks

Thank you for the wonderful headline of your review and your feedback. We are so pleased you selected our hotel for your recent visit to Northern Colorado. With respect to your comments on alcohol, Colorado laws are very strict as it relates to a public facility such as ours and the local law enforecement community pays particular attention to our hotel due to the complimentary alcohol served during our evening Manager's Reception; ultimately, it for the safety of all of our guests that these laws are enforced. We look forward to your next visit. Tom Dwyer General Manager

After looking at hotel rooms in Ft. Collins, the Embasy Suites in Loveland came as a very pleasant surprise. The "rooms" are huge, very well furnished (2 rooms, 2 work spaces) with kitchenette, safe, microwave, good toiletries, etc. The public spaces are very attactive, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. They are, without exception, polite, welcoming, helpful, courteous, and efficient. I repeat: without exception. There's a bar, restaurant, snake bar, spa and pool. My only "nit" is that the coffee in the breakfast area is too weak. Oh, and I forgot the fabulous breakfast--buffet with to order omelets, pancakes, and other treats.

My husband and I enjoyed our first wedding anniversary here. I recommend getting their early to enjoy their "Manager's Reception" cocktail hour. Suites are well decorated, and kept very clean. Also, make time for breakfast- made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, and sausage, bacon, coffee, juices are all included in the price of your room! We will be coming back here for years to come!

We stayed here for 10 days last month, and had a very nice stay. They offer a very tasty breakfast, just double check the times it ends! I really enjoyed the managers reception as well. The bartenders and staff were great during this time!
We spent a lot of time traveling, and the hotel was in a great location for us. It's an hour south of Cheyenne, WO, an hour east of Rocky Mountain National Park, and an hour north of Denver: great spot I'd you're spending time traveling!
The only negative thing I have to say is about housekeeping. They did a good job cleaning, and the hotel was always neat and clean. But they would be knocking on the door at 8 am looking to start cleaning your room. And we came back one evening around 6 pm looking to relax, and they had just gotten to our room!
Other than that, we had a really nice stay at Embassy Suites Loveland!

Its not the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in but one of the nicest for the $$$ we paid. Clean, modern, friendly and spacious. It is everything you look for in a hotel, especially with a family. Would stay again in a heart beat

Thank you so much for your positive comments. You mentioned how clean the hotel is; I thought I should point out that we have been open for over 3 years now and our recent Hilton Quality Assurance Audit gave our housekeeping staff a score of 100% for their guest suite cleanliness - we are of course very proud of their work. We are looking forward to your return in the future.

This is truly a first class property! Nicest hotel in northern Colorado. Room was clean and big, food was fantastic, staff was nice and location was perfect. However, I do have one complaint. As another reviewer had noted, during the managers reception you are not allowed to take drinks back to your room. this was very very very strange. I have stayed at thousands of hotels across the entire world and have never encountered such a thing. After such a long day of travel all i wanted to do was take my glass of red wine back to my room and watch t.v. but i could not do this. If there is a local law that is prohibiting this then that is fine. But if this is the hotel's policy then that is just wrong. The last thing i want to do is to be forced to sit in the uncomfterable atrium and gargle down my drink. In fact i just came from a homewood suites where there was absolutly no problem at all for me to take my glass of wine to my room. Overall very nice hotel, best in the area, but the whole "cant take drinks back to room" thing was very strange and unacomadating.

Thank you so much for the accolades about your recent visit. We are pleased that your impression was so positive. We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to leave the Manager's Reception with your glass of wine. We have heard this before and unfortunately due to the state liquor laws, it is not something that we can change. The law is written in a way that prevents anyone leaving the premises (walking outside to enjoy a cigarette for example) with an alcoholic beverage. Since some previous guests have chosen not to pay attention to our request to remain inside the hotel and jeopardized our liquor license, we are obligated to restrict everyone's actions. We promise to continue investigating alternative solutions and appreciate your comments. We look forward to your return in the future.

We stayed here for one night.

Pros: Smooth and friendly checkin, free and close parking. Rooms very clean and have fridges and microwaves. The two separate rooms was great for a friend to share the room with us and stay on the sofabed. Breakfast was great, lots of options including made to order omelets and eggs as well as pancakes. Manager's reception was a huge perk (5:30pm-7:30pm). They gave 4 drink tickets, which I've never seen done at another Embassy Suites but that was plenty. Lots of great snacks at the reception (hummus, salsa, guacamole, cheese, apples, meatballs). We skipped dinner!

Cons: There must be some sort of law, but it was disappointing you couldn't take drinks from the manager's reception back to the room. Managers and staff kept walking around like security guards to enforce, it was very unfriendly. The hotel could have done more to control the noise (there were a ton of girls' softball teams staying there). The noise from them running around the halls late at night echoed through the whole atrium and kept up our friend who slept on the sofabed. I'm sure the reception desk heard it. We were initially placed right in the middle of the group of rooms where they were staying on a lower floor (poor planning, they should be concentrated on a few floors and put other guests on higher floors). They easily moved us, but it was still loud because they were so spread out. Very disappionted there were no government rates (my husband is military and just returned from Afghanistan). I thought it was very pricey but the free breakfast and reception made it a little easier to pay that much. Pool was very small and there was no outdoor pool, which was disappointing. Parents (nor staff) enforcing the rules of no kids in the hot tub.

Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. We always appreciate hearing from our guests – the pros as well as the areas for improvement. I apologize that the comfort of your stay was interrupted and have shared your comments with our team to ensure that in the future we do a better job of monitoring the behavior of our young guests. We do make every effort to actively manage this situation by offering activities to keep them engaged such as the karaoke, movies and Wii stations, and by requesting the partnership of the parents / chaperones / coaches by providing a code of conduct letter for each team. While we value your husband's contributions to our country (and yours too), we are not always able to offer a government rate. We hope that as you pointed out, the extensive amenities included in the room rate help to soften the impact on your travel budget. We hope that you will be our guest again when you have the opportunity to travel to Loveland in the future – thank you for your review.

My family of 5 stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament. The breakfast was great! They had a full grill with specials everyday. The room we stayed in slept 5 of us with a private bedroom. It is in a great location to the Budwieser Center.

No parking charge, but always best to book thru Hilton, not Expedia as you won’t get all the benefits even of you have status in Hilton.

You are approximately one hour away in drive time from Rocky Mountain National Park from Loveland. However, the main road, U.S. Highway 34, is currently closed for repairs through the narrows of the highway. Check your travel dates and highway status before booking the beautiful Embassy Suites. Pay the up charge for a room with the breathtaking mountain view!
