Always love Baja. Lots of fun and great ambiance. Only criticism would be lighting-hard to read menu…but notice a lot of customers pull out their phones for the flashlight. Our waitress last night, Lauren was EXCEPTIONAL: warm welcome, attentive and efficient service, lovely. You are lucky to have her on your team!

The hostess was RUDE- same girl that had been there -rude every time-our server wasn’t the greatest either - took almost 20 minutes just to get a drink - then never really saw her much

The hostess was extremely rude upon our arrival. I made the reservation for inside and she repeatedly asked if she could seat us outside. I also said it was a special occasion as I had indicated on my reservation, yet she sat us at one one the worst tables and nothing intimate. We were embarrassed due to the fact that we had brought a special guest who had never been to Carmel Valley. We will not ever go back to Baja Cantina or recommend it.

This was a wonderful evening1 The service was excellent, food good, and the music by the band Scarlet was off the charts! I love seeing everyone honestly enjoying themselves and the energy was a 10+

Local hotspot with great food and atmosphere. Owner Pat is a car guy and supports Cars and Coffee there monthly. Decor is fabulous!

Really good food - everything on the menu is good. Fun atmosphere - the outdoor patio is great. Good service every time. My go-to restaurant in Carmel Valley.

As usual, Baja Cantina is a joy to have in our community. The music is always excellent, especially this new band last night. The service and food is the best, very well run restaurant. I recommend the "Nachos" enough for 4 people.

Great atmosphere, flexible staff (we showed up very early vs. our reservations, and they made it work. Our teenage kids love the atmosphere.
