Steph Curry is one of the greatest shooters in the history of the NBA and professional basketball, and despite winning four championships with the Golden State Warriors, he amazingly still has some haters such as ESPN's Stephen A. Smith.

The controversial pundit, who is known for his statements ranked him as fourth overall on a list of top five playoff runs by a small guard in the NBA, placing Jalen Brunson, Kyrie Irving and Damian Lillard above the Warriors' star.

Stephen Curry receives a delightful surprise after the Warriors exit the NBA Play-in

It's fair to say that this has left fans far from impressed as they took to X.com, formerly Twitter, to slam the 56-year-old, who is possibly the most famous pundit in the world.

One fan wrote, "Bruh wtf kinda list is this? Curry should be #1", and a second said, "Curry literally swept Dame in 2019 LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO."

How good was Curry's playoff run?

Curry's 2015 playoff run was crazily good as he averaged 28.3 points per game, 6.4 assists per game and five rebounds per game with a 42.2% three-pointer rate and a 45.6% field goal percentage.

It allowed him to spur the Warriors past all of their Western Conference rivals and into the NBA Finals where they faced LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers.

In the First Round, they swept the New Orleans Pelicans before going on to beat the Memphis Grizzlies in a six-game series, and then in the Conference Finals they dumped out the Houston Rockets by smashing them 4-1 in five games.

Then in the Finals, they defeated the Cavaliers 4-2 with Curry posting the most points in game one (26) and game five, whilst also leading the Warriors points' hauls in game three and four too as he catapulted his team to a 3-2 series lead.

It allowed the team to claim their first championship and rings in 40 years before they launched a dynasty, also going on to win in 2017, 2018 and 2022 under Curry's carefully-guided shooting wrists.
