Come here for great views of downtown San Francisco across the Bay, and also some of the hills. This island is land fill that was created for the 1939 Exposition. Some of the Exposition buildings are still here. But these days you will find a lot of construction of new apartments. So someday this will be a city itself.

We discovered this gem of a winery on a recent visit to Treasure Island. The wine makers were incredibly kind and generous. We had a wonderful time talking with them, and enjoyed tasting the wines. We bought several bottles to bring home. This is a casual place, you can bring your own food and enjoy some wine. No, it is not your typical winery, but for us that makes it more unique and enjoyable. We will be returning again soon and bringing friends.

The alcohol is really good. The guns are all different and awesome. They have cheap flights and nice people working there. Plus little snack packages!

Not much to do nearby but an interesting area.

Bliss Dance has moved to a warmer, more hospitable climate.....and perhaps just as appropriate venue. She has moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and has been given a new home in a beautiful setting in front of the front of the T Mobile Arena. She has found her place in "The Park" and is being well attended to. Make plans to visit her when you are in Las Vegas, NV. Cheers

Pier 14 is a nice place to walk out over the bay in San Fransisco. Good place and great views over the water. Recommended for a walk.

Woods Island Club is another space from Woods Beer Co. - I frequented this place many times during my time in SF. On a non-foggy day, the views are spectacular and the faux-beach they've put there is perfect for hanging out, drinking and playing a variety of games they've made available.

The beer is spectacular and this place is worthy of a visit if you're out on Treasure Island (or worthy of making the trip out to Treasure Island solely for the purpose of visiting Woods Island Club)

I have now rented motorcycles from MotoQuest's San Francisco base twice. Both times they've provided me with BMW R1200GS's - in excellent condition and ready to tour. The bikes come equipped with hard (and most importantly, waterproof!) side cases that can hold quite a bit of gear. I travel with light photo and video equipment, and went through some tough weather - no issues.

What I like about MotoQuest is their attitude. They are very accomodating, and went out of their way to reposition a motorcycle to San Francisco from their Long Beach headquarters so I could make my recent trip. The bike was delivered with the fuel topped up, tires, oil and everything checked out. I also got some helpful routing advice from their rental team, who seem to have an excellent knowledge of West Coast touring options. I'm and East Coaster who loves riding California. There's such a great variety of roads...mountain, coastal, canyons, valleys, etc. and the scenery is endlessly spectacular.

Go ride there, and if you need a motorcycle, call the gang at Motoquest.

Had a great time with Captain Bob. It would have been nice if there had been more wind, but that's out of his control. Even without much wind, it was a nice relaxing morning touring the bay.

I would definitely recommend this company.
