If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. The worst customer service experience we have ever had. From the moment we tried to check in TUI they couldn’t find our booking even though they had already taken our money & we had a booking reference #. We finally got seats on the plane after waiting for 2 hours at the check-in at Copenhagen for them to figure this out almost missing our flight. As we board the plane they said they weren’t aware we had an infant with us well (even though we had an infant ticket). They seated my 3 year old in a seat ALONE with none of us next to each other. The flight attendant took forever to assist us & was extremely rude. I have never met a flight attendant so rude. We had to find our own seats next to each other because she was not helping us. Later when we told her that we were upset with the experience and her attitude towards us she refused to apologize & said to us “this is bs that is how I feel” (she used the cuss word for “ bs” but this review won’t let me post that inappropriate language which their employee used to speak to us). My infant was supposed to get food on the plane but since they couldn’t find our booking this flight attendant said we can’t give you any food for her. She refused to give us any type of compensation for how we had been treated or for the entire experience. Every employee on TUI has told us to ask someone else for help & kept pushing us off to the next person saying “they can’t help us” or “it’s not my fault and I can’t do anything about it”. It seems like no one takes responsibility and has overall been a terrible experience. Very unfortunate to say this as we were very much looking forward to our flight. Also, they still can’t find the rest of our booking so they can’t give us information on our trip home yet...

I couldn't check-in online. Their website told me that I must do it at the airport. At the airport they charged me 25EUR because I did not check in online... That feels like a theft.

Welcome On Board, do the Cabin Crew understand the meaning. On boarding I greeted the crew, the female, well no greeting, slumped against the door, looked miserable and bored. The PSR just chatted to her, ignoring the passengers boarding. Disembarking, the same girl, no goodbye, no comment at all, just standing, biting her nails. Shocking representation for this airline. I have worked as Cabin Crew for 30 years and this standard set by this crew, was absolutely appalling. Re the flight,, choose another if possible.

Staff attentive but not overly friendly; given that the crew already had a 16hrs working day (as told by one of the cabin crew) still OK. What wasn't OK at all: being ordered to the airport and being told just after checking in and passing the security line that the flight is delayed for 7 hrs!!! Thank you for having me, my wife and two toddlers waiting in a wee airport at 38 degrees outside while wasting a whole day which we could have spent at the hotel pool instead. Nobody was present by Tuifly at the airport, the hotline was constantly unavailable, and all we got was a voucher by E-mail of 15 EUR. To be spent at mediocre facilities on location. No word of sorry, no one to talk to - we all have been left to our own, basically. Best even: they served food and drinks on the plane and wanted to charge money after this desaster!!! Not to mention that we received our luggage in FRA in a very bad condition. This is one of the worst "services" I have ever encountered and will not fly with this fckng airline ever again.
