She can deal high single-target damage with her Magic Permeator skill, disrupt enemy buffs, and potentially increase her survivability with her passive skills. While some of her best effects require leveling, her base kit skill provides valuable utility.

If you use her as a debuffer, you can get her to SR Rarity, and she will work well. Suppose you are considering using her as an attacker. In that case, you should get her to UR Rarity so that her damage increases the skill multipliers.
