Hotel reception and rooms clean -although bedroom very hot. Toilets in reception in poor condition and needed a clean! wanted to play pool but no tips on pool cues - staff said they did not have anymore so could not play, which is a shame as little things like this would give them a higher score.

Location excellent and easy reasonable priced parking. Room small as expected. A lot of noise from inside hotel, can hear every small noise from above rooms etc.

Staff poor local knowledge but friendly. Bathrooms some of the smallest we have been in. Buffet fine be good to have some yoghurts in pots.
