my problem is simple, i'll be in the middle of a game online, then the phone rings and sometimes i lose connection without the phone going off. I have a orange livebox with a wired connection and was wondering if there was something i could do as this problem is driving me round the bend is there a way to strengthen a connection?

Hi, sounds like a filter issue. Ensure you have an ADSL filter on every socket where you have a device plugged in, including fax, Sky TV, Alarm system etc etc, basically anywhere you have something plugged into a phone socket.

If you have filters on every socket try replacing the filter that has the Livebox connected to it.
