Who We Are, What We Do
The Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP) is an academic program at Harvard Law School focusing on cutting edge work in dispute systems design, negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and conflict engagement. Clients in our Dispute Systems Design Clinic include U.S.-based and international private corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community groups.
Students enrolled in our Dispute Systems Design Clinic develop critical problem-solving skills, apply theory to practice, and deliver tailored conflict management solutions to our clients.

Proposals for Fall 2024 projects are due July 12, 2024. Spring 2025 clinic project proposals are due November 15, 2024.
