Tyler Florence is among the Food Network's most recognizable stars thanks to a bevy of hosting gigs. Think: Food 911, How to Boil Water, and Worst Cooks in America, among others.

And while the television personality-slash-restauranteur remains busy with a portfolio of culinary projects—including the beloved Wayfare Tavern in San Francisco—his role on the Food Network remains an important one. ICYMI, he's spent a whopping 26 years on television screens.

But...where is Tyler Florence now?

Despite the fact that he had two back-to-back shows canceled in the mid-2000s (and a handful more that have since run their course), the Michelin-starred chef has bounced back...in a big way. The network just released a new season of his fan-favorite series, The Great Food Truck Race.

The Greenville, South Carolina native is currently working on yet another cookbook. In February, Florence took to Twitter for fan advice. "Working on recipes for my new cookbook. Quick question, what’s your favorite Paella style," he wrote on social media. "Chicken and seafood, like clams, mussels and shrimp or a simple and luxurious Paella with just lobster? Or is paella too complicated and you probably wouldn’t make it?" (Chicken and seafood was the winner, FYI).

But when he's not appearing on nationally-beloved television shows or working on soon-to-be bestselling cookbooks, Florence can more than likely be found at one of his award-winning restaurants (he's been posting up a storm at his American steakhouse, Miller and Lux) or hanging with fellow celeb chefs like José Andrés.

In 2022, Florence launched a food-themed podcast on iHeartRadio with former Bachelor star Wells Adams. The series, Two Dudes in a Kitchen, covers all things food. "If you eat food, this show is for you," the podcast description reads. Do you want to have your cake and eat it too? Tyler and Wells are the secret ingredient you've been looking for. So let's get salty...let's be sugary sweet...let's get spicy...It's going to get HOT in this kitchen."

The pro chef and his amateur chef sidekick (that's Wells, obvi) have welcomed Chef Curtis Stone, chatted with Ruffo Ibarra, and even brought on fellow food-loving Bachelor stars.
