Very quiet space to relax on the busy holiday. Would recommend. It is in a great location to get into the downtown Salem area with restaurants around, so you can easily walk to places. Additionally, the service was very accommodating and showed great customer service.

The bed was the most comfortable bed of all the hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were clean. Heat and air worked great. Nice sized room! Liked that I could choose upstairs or down stairs it made it so much better downstairs with three kids. Breakfast was good with a good selection!

The pillows could be a little better, and it would be nice if you had handicap rooms for those that can't do stairs every well, other than that it was great. My family loves staying there. We will continue to stay there every year, when my family comes for a visit to see family.

Arrived on a Teusday after working locally. Upon entering saw a sketchy couple and their small children in the lobby who were curled up on the couch and watching tv like it was thier living room. I am not sure but i dont believe these folks were even guests at the hotel they acted like they were just hanging out here. ( maybe friends or family or the employees )
Went to check in and there was one person ahead of me who was simply making a reservation for the following week. The lady at the desk was having trouble even getting that done . 15 minutes later it was my turn. I am not exaggerating when i say it took here 35 minutes to get me checked in . While she was explaining every mouse click to me and the young lady she was "training" she then gave the trainee a master key and told her to go to the room and verify it was cleaned . The entire 35 minutes i was standing there this woman never once stopped talking and bouncing from one thing to another . I think she would have gotten me checked in much faster if she would have stopped talking and just did whatcshe had to do. then i had to be escorted to my room by the young lady, The reason i was escorted to my room was they could not get the room keys activated. About 30 minutes later they did bring me room keys.
There were 4 of us stay here in seperate rooms . The guy behind me had a very similar experience. The third of our group got checked in and after he started to his room he had trouble finding the stairs and was met in the hall by the trainee and was told not to go in that room as another guest was is that room . He then was given a different room .
One of the group found toilet paper was left when it should have been changed ( see pic ) luckily there was more in the room and if this was our only issue i would have never mentioned it but...this, i think , just helps paint the picture of our experience .
As i said in the title the room was fine , nothing special but was fine .
Hopefully the management sees this review and makes the needed changes

Will never return. Payed for a extra night and next morning they wanted 150 deposit the lady was rude and didn’t even care I promised my kids we could see them. The lady the night before was sweet and nice. The lady in the morning was inconsiderate and rude.

Check-in went very smoothly. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast has greatly improved. We came also in April and they had a breakfast casserole, which was very good. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning unit was noisy.

I have been staying at the Cobblestone Hotel for the past 3 years every other month to monthly. My mom is in a nursing home nearby. The manager, Eleisha and staff are so warm and friendly and make sure my stay is welcome and comfortable.

Stayed in May, payed the day I left with debit. Money was taken out of checking two days later. 6 months later get charged again. Manager hard to get ahold of and then says it’s not them, call back severallater and nobody will answer 😡

Check in was easy and received a discount. The place looks rather new. Room was nice, clean and quite. Room had a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and a variety. Check out was easy.

Came for a gathering with friends in town. Not many options for a stay in Salem. Cobblestone turned out to be a great choice.
Budget friendly, very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.
