I see a lot of people mad about new elementals power but i am going to explain why they are good
Sora - "Technology" First of all i believe Sora powers is not Technology but magnetism because technology is nothing natural and even Lloyd is not sure of what her element could be. She would be able to recreate vehicles mid air because she's pro electronic and mechanic
Arin - Rotation/spin Yes i think Arin power is rotation Rotation is a core part of the fabric of the Universe don't tell me this not natural. He would be able to have custom spinjitsu because he would unconsciously use it and that would explain why he could have transfered it to a object
Now the one that people hate the most Wyldfyre - heat Heat is incredible and incredibly op
Kai flames are yellow in first seasons then red in the latest one wich mean is fire can go 525°c to 1200°c(977°F to 2192°F) when
Now Science class : Wyldfyre control heat not fire so she could reach the hotttest points in the universe wich is 2 trillons Kelvins or 1 999 999 999 726 degrees celsius or 3 599 999 999 540 degres Fahrenheit wich could be rlly to op for a child show but still her flames would be hotter than kai's reaching blue's flames 2500°C to 3000°C or 4532°F to 5432°F
But it doesn't end there heat can also mean something being cold So she could use ice things she touch (not send ice) to any point she want even the absolute Zero

my theory about the "heat" element is actually something different. i think the rules of "only one master per element" have simply... changed. with the pressence of all these powerful elemental dragons from the merge and all these worlds with their own rules colliding, i think it's possible that there can just be multiple masters per element now

Metal and earth have canonically been separate elements since season 4. Same for fire and smoke. Season 5 establishes water as separate from ice

But speed shouldn’t count, it doesn’t make sense. Metal and Earth should be considered the same. And they should have given Nature to Earth as well since it is almost connected to flora.

Well sora has to be tech since she lived in imperium, aka the tech filled city. Wyldfire lived in a hot place thus got heat element. Also I doubt arin has one or if he does it something to do with dragons based on episode titles we have seen.

At first I would agree if I only saw the title but
firstly I can't see why technology can't be an element. Yes technology is something new not ancient but even in Real life , technology has become a HUGE part of our lives . As in the past water is a huge part of the past human life . Technology has become a part of our life . And we already have the master of gravity, why do we need magnetism?!? It's just worse gravity. It's like if we have the elemental master of wind and the master of air ?!?
Arin: i can see why you think Arin is an elemental master . But personally I just see him non-element . Why ? I wouldn't the fact if his story line is
"Arin wanted to be a ninja, he is training to be a ninja but he doesn't have an element, can he still be a ninjaDR Season 1 ending comes oh wow he is an elemental master , now he can be truely an elemental master , yay"
I just think he created a new marital art , similar to Spinjitzu but it can transfer it to objects . Maybe it's more of an ability than an element. Like clouse , he uses drak magic , is he an elemental master? No. But Arin I can get off. If he was an elemental master and it was presented in a good way , I won't be angry . Just make him the elemental master of kinetec, the elemental master of rotation/Spinjitzu is kinda a stupid name
SURPRISE , I COMPLETELY agree with wyldfire's element. People are just hating on it . It's pretty cool (pun wasn't intended) I would like to see kai training wyldfire and then he tells her"be calm" over and over until she freezes a small portion around her then she loses it and Starts cooking kai .

My only problem with Wyldfyre’s heat element is that it nerfs the other elements. Heat encompasses both fire and ice. Here I thought having Nya control over ice was already pretty OP.
True but reuniting the realm give acces to some crazy op villains so it must be balanced
I suppose. Taking that into account, I think it’d be interesting for some of these elements to be fusions of other elements. If the realms merged, who says the elements can’t as well?

First of all, stars and sparks are literally two separate things so use a better analogy. Also you can literally see fire on her arms… Kai is just simply better

I can buy Sora's power as it isn't from Ninjago and has no ties to the FSM. It also means that there could be other elemental masters of Tech from Imperium's past who used different forms of technology like stone tools. It's a bit of a stretch but with enough explanation, I could buy it.
Arin's power being rotation or motion is also plausible to me. I could imagine his power being similar to Gravis' (the master of gravity) in that he can control different forms of force like gravitational (which Gravis already has), frictional, tension, spring etc
Wyldfire's the only one I can't agree with on any front. You've placed her on a spectrum. On one end, she sounds like a juiced up Kai and on the other, she's a slightly debuffed Zane. Heat is still a major miss for me. They could've chosen literally any other power and they went with fire 2.0
I also made this post to more explore those new powers and now i like them more but i see what you mean on the last point
Actually, I think Heat might not be “Fire”, just probably“Plasma” which is similar but different. Plasma is an ionized gas.
After Arin transferred spinjitzu into an object many others including me wondered if his element was spinjutzu or smth
Kinetec, spin or he has developped a new fighting style similar to spinjitsu
i like the idea of arin not having an elemental power, just being the second spinjitzu master (as in, the inventor of the art kind). its just overdone at this point to have literally every significant ninja have an elemental power and it would be nice to have one without it. the writers would have to go about conflicts without pasting in the all powerful idea of removing the elemental power to increase tension which would lead to more interesting conflicts

My theory about wildfire is that she’s Kai and Skylar’s daughter time traveled from the future
She would recognise kai atleast a little bit or even with his fire powers also it is stated that she has been raised by dragons why would kai and skylor leave her that young just to send her to the past While writing a got a theory about your theory even tho i think its fasle
Wyldfyre would be send into the past with times blades to fight with Arin and Sora to stop a menace they originally couldn't do (doesn't work cuz times blades are lost)

If they sent Wildfyre as a baby and Then she was raised by dragons then she wouldn’t remember
As for the why it’s simple really something so bad happened that they didn’t feel like they had another choice
What I hope with the heat power is that they distinguish that power from kai's power. I really don't want another person to steal the og ninjas power as it kinda dilutes their importance

Only one doesn't work: water and Ice. Water came from Wojira, and Ice from the FSM, so they can't be sub-elements. The rest make a lot more sense than the drivel the show feeds is when it comes to elements, so well done; You just came up with a better explanation than people being paid to do so!

Well it may not the element although controlled by different beings the elements it’s self are driven from the same source water because if there was no water there’d be no ice but no ice there’s still water
well my explanation for the new powers is that the merge (or something related to it) created new elements that more or less relfect the realm of origin of their masters
technology is as much of a prevailing force in impirium as fire ice earth and lighting are in ninjago so thats why sora gets it
wyldfyres realm realm is a very hot vulcanic environment which would be translated into something that encompasses the fire lava in the realm heat
cloud kingdom exists with in the sky storms happen in the sky wojira is a storm spirit so the merge sent wind there and didnt need to create a new element
i think arin is a regular guy but if i had to make an explanation for him ninjago was a world created by the creator of spinjizu using the highest form of spinjizu the tornado of creation so his power would reflect that
we need more new unlimited and infinite elements.
